Great location!

Loved the location and having more space than a hotel room. Parking was the only difficulty. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this little apartment. Had a conference across the street - I could walk out the doors from the meeting rooms to cross the street to my own quiet little space. Clean little lobby, easy secure access, super comfy bed and great layout. Would definitely book again when I need to stay in downtown Spokane.

Best Place to Stay if You're Going to the Convention Center

Had a multiple day conference at the Convention Center. The hotels blocked off for the conference were pricy for just a room with two queen beds, so my friend and I opted for this VRBO property instead. It was a great decision. The one-bedroom apartment also had a pull out sofa, so each of us had a bed, and there was a door behind us so we didn't hear each other snoring. The apt also came with a kitchen and refrigerator. Parking across the street at the Davenport was easy and secure, and codes for the front door, elevator, and the room made entry simple. Lastly, the property manager was easy to get a hold of and very flexible -- we were able to add a night at the end of our reservation on the fly! If you are looking for great accommodations that are more than a hotel room just across the street from the convention center, this is your place!

Air conditioner did not work and no screen on windows to open for fresh air

Air conditioner did not work Owner was great to move us to a unit that had a working air conditioner until our unit was working - although when we moved back the air conditioner quit working within hours

Clean and convenient

Cute apartment located right across from the convention center. It was very clean, check in was easy, liked the access code entry for security. No complaints whatsoever with this rental!
