***Be aware of this: License plate of the vehicle will be taken at the door.
• They then need to go to the front desk at Lake View for check-in & armband posting.
• Arrivals during hours that the office is not open will be made the next day from 9:00 am.
• Any person without a bracelet will be approached by security personnel and directed to the reception.
• The use of bracelets is mandatory for any adult over 12 years of age who is not the owner.
• Visits to the rentals are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed in the rentals.
• The replacement of a broken bracelet has the normal cost as long as the previous bracelet is brought.
• The replacement of lost bracelets has a cost of Us$ 50.00 per day of the remainder of your reservation.

Playa Bonita Lake View is located in Las Terrenas, 50 minutes away from Samaná Town. Just steps away from the beach, right in front of a lagoon. It includes a swimming pool, a bar and a clubhouse.

Apartment is Located inside of Playa Bonita Residence , closed community with very nice Pools, Private Beach Access , 24/7 Security and much more.

Additional rules

- No More than 8 Guest Allowed in the apartment.

- No Loud Music or Parties in any of the areas.

- No Smoking in the Apartment .

- No Hookah Allowed in any part of the project.

- No inappropriate clothing or language in Social Areas of the project.

This property is located in a private community, identification will be requested from all guests for access to the complex.
