L 10 miles to top of Grand Mesa 15 miles from Delta, 35 miles to POWDERHORN ski resort 4 miles from downtown main street Cedaredge w markets,cafes, coffee shops, fruit & wine shops etc.

There is 2 tiny houses main house & guest house all short term vacation rentals on the property outside areas are shared this is a multi unit property. There is also a caretaker that lives on the property.
