Great spot for visiting Delta

The pictures are accurate and the property looks newly renovated. The owner was very helpful and communicated well through VRBO messenger in the app. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location, easy walk to the best Italian and Mexican food in the area. Space was clean and hosts responded asap when we had a need. Would stay there again!

Great Stay

This location was great for Delta. Wonderful place to walk your dog and a nice pet station across the street. Quiet neighborhood. The place does share an interior door with the next door property.

Lovely spot

We had a great time at this cozy little rental. It had all the amenities in a compact area. Anything we needed was there for our convenience. We willl definately stay here again on our travels to Colorado.

Cozy and convenient

We stayed 4 days in Delta for our son's wedding. The VRBO was spotlessly clean and very well appointed with anything you could need both food and toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future. Don't be put off by the location and the outside view - it is a great place to stay. I would recommend to anyone especially for a couples/friends getaway. Close to lots of entertainment - wineries, restaurants and national park.

Absolutely perfect.

The property was perfect for the 2 of us. Since we were visiting family, we didn't need anything but a place to sleep and make breakfast. If a room isn't ultra clean, I won't stay. This was sooo clean and modern. Everythong we could hope for. If you don't need a yard, don't hesitate. We loved it. The owner is awesome.

Memorial Weekend 24

The house and host were wonderful. Just had a few glitches, the entrance is on the side, you are renting the back house not the front part. The really only issue was adjusting the heat and air. The host had to adjust the heat not by the thermostat we had access to. Spent 2 nights roasting even thou only set at 68. The house was perfect for a couple great location. Thank you

Home away from Home

This was such a great find for our weekend for a 40th class reunion in Delta. It's conveniently located downtown but extremely quiet. This is such a beautiful home away from home. And our little dog had plenty of comfort and lots of places to go on a walk in the surrounding area. It has everything you need from a very nice kitchen to a wonderful bathroom and living room and the bedroom is set up so nicely with a generous closet space to hang up everything and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever found in all our 33 years of marriage when we are traveling. Renae is an excellent hostess and was always willing to answer every question in a timely fashion. If I could rate our experience a 10 I would but they only give us 5 stars to play with. Thank you so much Renae for having this beautiful little spot available for travelers its truly a Gem. : ) All the best to you and your business. You are the best!
