Great family gathering spot

We enjoyed our time. Check in and out was ideal. We picked a weekend that was super hot (105+) by chance, so we didn’t enjoy the ranch as much as we would have liked. But the pool, kitchen, & overall space was great for our family.

Peaceful Adventure

We had a phenomenal stay at this secluded ranch. We used it for the family to meet for Thanksgiving. The scenery is gorgeous. The house is large, spacious, and beautiful. The teenagers spent most of their time outside exploring all over the property and discovering many amazing finds (I can't list them - you will enjoy finding them on your own!). Joanna was a superb host and very accommodating and responsive to any of our questions. It may not have every convivence that exists in the city, but I thoroughly enjoyed this this ranch paradise.

Lovely ranch on a hill

Staying at the ranch was an absolute blast. It was perfectly clean upon arrival and Joanna did a great job of not only providing amenities and options for activities but even reached out beforehand with directions to be sure that we would find the road up to the house. The house itself had plenty of room for a medium sized group and the pool and deck were nice to hang out in and on during the day and evening.

Romantic Getaway

Beautiful house with huge outdoor area to explore. The pool has a great view and was such a welcome luxury in the hot weather. Cute cats outside the house were fun to watch. We lucked out and had an amazing strawberry full moon on our anniversary, and I don't think the view would have been better anywhere else. Hiking + grilled steaks + playing in the pool + croaking frog pond made for best nights of sleep in a long time.

Has potential if some home improvements are made

The positive is that this house has amazing views, a rustic charm and the host is responsive. However, the house does need some serious upkeep. Unfortunately, when we were there the Ac unit was not working in 110 degree weather. The host was responsive and got someone in to fix it. However, the AC kept short circuiting the electrical grid and the power went off every 10-20 minutes. We had to leave after one night because of this. I’m not sure if this was a fluke or if this is a common issue in the home. Additionally, the pool was very dirty and unusable, the water filters are air filters were ancient, and the house had not been thoroughly cleaned (lots of dust on the ground, trash outside). The host gave us a refund. If these issues get fixed this house has a lot of potential for a group of guests who want to be in a quiet area surrounded by nature.”

A wonderful place to spend time with friends

Joanna was very prompt and forthright mung communicating with me. The property is wonderful- many places to hike and explore. Aside from cooking and sleeping, we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. The two downstairs queen beds were fine but the upstairs bed was a futon and not really suitable for two people. One of us slept on the sofa, which was fine. Still and all, a great place we’d happily return to and would heartily recommend.

Beautiful scenery

This house was only 15 minutes from town. The children enjoyed the pool very much. Our morning hikes on the nearby trails started our days. No cell service was not an issue because we had a lot to see and explore. The pool table was an added bonus. Overall great property to get away from the hustle and bustle of work and busy city.

Absolutely loved the property and the views. Joanna was extremely kinda and helpful and got back to us in a very time effective manner. House was clean, the views did not disappoint, and everything was as stated. Thank you so much!!!!
