A great home base for exploring Glacier and the surrounding area. Everything we needed to know was explained up front, and the host was available if we had any issues (we didn't). Having the ability to do laundry on the property saved us time and let us pack lighter. Checking in and checking out were explained ahead of time, so we had no difficulties there.It's not a full sized house, of course, but there was plenty of room for two people, all our stuff, and various groceries that we picked up down the road in Columbia Falls due to some dietary restrictions. Cooking dishes and utensils were adequate for us, and we cook a LOT.TLDR: great place, great location, great communication.

Check in was easy. The hosts communicated quickly and the space was clean. Montana wandering was a quick drive to Glacier National Park. We enjoyed our stay!

The Red Station Lodge is a quaint one bedroom one bathroom place. It’s small, but has everything you need. We rented two bear spray canisters from the host to take with us on our hikes, which I strongly recommend. The code to enter the apartment was provided at check in. They have wifi and there was cellphone reception at Coram. The park has almost no cell phone reception. The apartment has a stocked kitchen and even provided salt, pepper, oil, coffee and sugar. Coffee filters were in a cupboard above the refrigerator.Lisa the host visited us to ask about our stay. She promptly answered any questions I had about the property before we arrived. Parking is easy. This unit has a washer and dryer in it, which we used. The water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but it did the job. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the property; it is well cared for. The towels and sheets were soft. The bed is comfortable. The bedroom is small, but there are nightstands and room on both side of the bed with an alcove and closet to put your clothes in. I highly recommend this property. It’s conveniently located near the park.

So close to West Glacier

We stayed in the apartment style and it was really nice. The kitchen had the items we needed to cook meals. The staff was so kind and helpful. They showed us how to put the paddle boards on the car that we were allowed to use while staying there, which were so much fun to use! This place is about 15 mins away from West Glacier. I would highly recommend it!

Owner is very responsive to needs

I was impressed with the owner in helping me get specific kitchen ware to make healthy breakfast and dinner options. As a light sleeper, the road noise bothered me but at the end, I became accustomed to it.
