Welcome to this 3BR/3BA (king bedroom, queen bedroom, and dual twin bedroom all with en suite bathrooms) villa that can comfortably accommodate larger families and groups! This is within Wild Dunes so guests have access to some amenities such as award winning golf courses, spa, restaurants, walk/bike paths, and access to the Mariner's Walk Private Pool!

Great location, great view and super quick and easy access to the beach. The condo was roomy enough for our family of five. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were there in winter so we didn’t use the pool but it was a short walk away. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent

Loved the property, location to the beach and Isle of Palms. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would say, is to please add a mattress topper to the beds to make them softer.

Perfect place to stay

Property location perfect for enjoying the pool and beach. We had windy days, so took advantage of a lot of tourist activities, all of which were an easy drive away. Home has everythingyou need and 3 bathrooms were fabulous!

Family beach vacation

We had a great stay at Mariner’s walk and my kids (4yrs and 22mos) had an incredible time. This house was perfect for a family vacation, and for proximity to the beach and pool for little ones and families. With a few baby equipment rentals, we felt right at home.

Perfect size for our family of 6. It was an easy access to the beach, but had to do some walking. Grocery store and places to eat wasn’t too far away. Condo needs new couch for sure! The flow would be better if the two twin beds were upstairs and master down. I wish we would have rented a golf cart to drive around the isle of palms area, but it was perfect location! We loved the deck in the evenings!

Poorly maintained property but location excellent.

Bedding and pillows visibly stained. There was mold on shower curtain and a used towel was left hanging in one bathroom. There was visible rot and decay in primary bedroom window. There were uncovered electrical outlets. The lamp shades, dining table chairs and chairs in living room were all stained. The bedding was poor quality to include lumpy pillows and uncomfortable king sized mattress. We do have pictures if necessary to share.

Great location but a little tired

It was a great location but the unit was a little tired (meaning it was pretty dated). Stairs were really loud to walk up and down and the TV was a pain to navigate (no local Channel’s). It’s nit a bad place at all but not outstanding.

family get away

We had a great stay and would without a doubt rebook this property. The condo was right on the beach and was super clean when we arrived. In fact I had to complement the property manager and housekeeping soon after we arrived. one nice touch was there were a few bath towels provided in each bathroom and bedding along with a starter pack of bathroom essentials. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had. The condo was nicely decorated cozy and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day on the beach. Each bedroom had its own TV, this was a plus for us having young adult kids along. The only con I can think of is the downstairs bedroom has two twin beds with a footboard attached. Not a problem if you have younger smaller kids but a little two small for my older children. They were fine and didn't complain about being two big for the bed. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking essentials. I can't really find anything negative. I will definitely book this property again in the future.

A lovely stay

This was a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and the condo was lovely. The decor was nice and relaxing. The back deck had a great view. A short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the pool (which does close as dusk FYI). Through no fault of the property owner, housekeeping did leave a nice sized load of clean dishes in the dishwasher and a huge load of towels in the dryer which i didn't care for due to the fact I was on vacation and didnt want to do kitchen and laundry. It was a great stay overall.

Just what we needed!

We chose IOP to celebrate a milestone birthday within our family, bringing 3 generations. We were thrilled with this rental: spacious, clean and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The deck overlooks the pool and beach, perfect to see the sunrise and easy walking to the beach. The property managers were very responsive and super helpful. The unit came with just enough cleaning essentials like trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc. Loved the little toiletry bags too! We hope to return!

Quick Vacation

We had a lovely visit and really enjoyed our stay. The property was very quiet and just steps away from the beach. I will say though that the unit could use a little update but all in all it was a nice vacation.

Perfect vacation spot

You cannot go wrong staying in this condo. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable. We had 5 adults and 1 teen and never felt like we were on top of each other. The view off the deck is breathtaking. The beach is never crowded and access is literally right outside the front door. We had 1 small issue with a clogged sink. The property manager was super responsive and had someone out there within 30 minutes to fix it. I would highly recommend staying here - so much so that we are booking again next year!
