Private use of a 4 bedroom/ 2 bath house in downtown Richmond, KY with backyard fire-pit.
Walk to the City Park, Eastern Kentucky University (EKU), Downtown, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, 5 mins to I-75 & all Richmond has to offer.

The Wellington was built in 1950 and has retained all her charm, along with her upgrades. There is a new concrete walk, front parking pad, side parking pad, front patio (with patio furniture and umbrella in season), back deck (with commercial grill and deck furniture), landscaping, tree swing, and a fire pit with seating.

Lovely property

Even nicer than the pictures! Best equipped VRBO I have stayed at and I have rented many. Super clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable furnishings. Would absolutely stay here again if in Richmond.

This house suited our needs perfectly. The host was very timely with her responses and was extremely nice. We had the chance to meet her and she seemed genuine. We would definitely stay here again.
