Plenty of space for the family. Enjoyed the fishing and swimming pond. Close enough to red river gorge and other places. Nice getaway for our busy family!

We really enjoy staying at Martin Manor. This was our third stay and we found it once again comfortable and accommodating. It is convenient to get to and yet out of the way enough to feel like a real escape.

We had a girls trip weekend to the cabin and it was PERFECT! It was so thoughtfully decorated and stocked for whatever we might need and the host was incredibly communicative and thorough with information for the weekend. Don’t forget to bring carrots for the horses!

We had an excellent time! Our host was very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. The venue had so much space and the porch was amazing with all its seating and porch swings! It wasn’t an issue but I will say the wider set of stairs to go upstairs was located in the master bedroom as well as house entrance into the bedroom with the three beds was thru the master. The pond was fun to fish- the boys caught several larger bass. We enjoyed feeding Sadie and Flag, the horses, apples. We would definitely recommend this space!!

Our family of 11 found the property pleasant and a nice place to visit. The weather was very hot so we couldn't go outside much to enjoy the outdoor swings and seating. On the other hand, the air conditioning worked very well. The kitchen was equipped with a large electric gridle which we used daily. Thanks to the host for that! And the table with seating for twelve was wonderful. We could all eat and visit together.

Amazing cabin to get the whole family together for a 50th birthday bourbon weekend for my husband. We have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Host had been very welcoming and so accommodating. Great communication leading up to and during our stay. Everything was clean and spacious. So thankful for this place for our family to gather and celebrate together. Everyone mentioned how they look forward to returning to enjoy the property in the warmer weather.

This is a lovely, well-kept property with a thoughtful, helpful host. We were sent all the info in advance with instructions for things about the house and things to do around the area. The house itself is warm and welcoming. It was perfect with a dining area big enough for our large group. We would definitely visit again...hopefully in warmer weather so we could enjoy the outside amenities as well!

This was a great place for family and friends got get together. The cabin and grounds were large enough that we did not feel crowded but we always felt like we were together due to the unique layout of the cabin. We really liked the fire pit in the back. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the second floor.

Beautiful property with lota to do on site: we sat on rhe porch, sat around campfire, hiked, used paddleboats, discovered history of thw property.
