Welcome to Sea Cloisters 509, an oceanfront penthouse villa with expansive ocean views. Immerse yourself in the natural splendor of wide sandy beaches and gently breaking surf. Indulge in the luxurious amenities of the private oceanfront pool, exclusive to owners/guests.

Living Spaces:
The spacious living room is elegantly furnished, featuring a large flat-screen TV and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The adjacent dining area, illuminated by a stunning crystal chandelier, seats six, with additional seating at the counter-height breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and all the essentials for effortless meal preparation.

Accommodations:
The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and oceanfront balcony access, with an en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, the loft bedroom includes two queen beds, a TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Outdoor:
The private oceanfront balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a stunning view of the ocean by day and the stars by night. It features a glass table with seating for four and two lounge chairs. You'll be just a few steps away from the beach, making it easy to go back and forth between your villa and the water.

Outstanding view and accommodations

Everything was perfect - as described and as needed. The view was amazing and the balcony was huge. The property was well maintained and the easy access to pool and beach, grocery store and airport were perfect. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful for our family of now-adults. We met several very friendly residents, and other vacationers who book a place in Sea Cloisters each year. It had everything we needed without feeling like a resort bursting with people, and very family-oriented. We saw several fire works shows from our balcony so we didn't need to go out to celebrate the 4th of July. Plenty of dishes, and new dishwasher and washer and dryer. It was outstanding.

Nice quiet location

The property was nicely appointed. The VIEW WAS THE BEST FEATURE OF THIS UNIT! However, we had numerous plumbing issues - mostly NO WATER PRESSURE!! Maintenance crews worked for two days trying to repair the issues and clean out the pipes which were pouring out brown water in the bathtub areas. The 2nd bathroom is very small (no holder) and no where to put toiletries, soap, shampoo, etc. AC unit needed to be serviced, very loud in kitchen area. Some soiled marks on the furniture...all furniture probably needed a good cleaning.

Great location, beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, plenty of cooking utensils, pans, dishes etc. The only issue we had was that the sliding glass doors to the deck were a little hard to open and shut.

Such a great condo and location. Pool and beach super easy to access. Convenient location to Harbourtown, Sea Pines, activities. Would definitely stay again!
