Great location! Nicely decorated and comfortable. Well stocked with all your needs. Steep stairs could be a problem for elderly and young. Master bed is on main floor.

Chatham Cape Cod Family Fun

Amazing spot, probably the cleanest/nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. We even caught a ball game! We will we back thanks Lois!

We loved everything about our stay here! The house looks exactly like the pictures (maybe even better!) and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed! We especially loved the bedrooms, we got the best sleep and the beds and pillows were so comfy. We traveled with our 1 year old and it was a great space for him as well! The location was super close to the main area of Chatham and easy to walk to and from. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! We were warmly greeted by Lois the owner, at the house, for check in, which added a nice personal touch. Lois was readily available to answer any questions you may have. Park your car because you can walk everywhere due to the ideal location of the house. A great stay at a lovely house!

Fantastic stay

This house is everything you need for a fantastic vacation! It’s beautiful and spacious. The patio is so inviting. We were able to walk everywhere! The Chatham Anglers baseball games are played right across the street, the shops are a 5 minute walk. We loved every minute!

Beautiful home convenient to walk to restaurants and night life

We stayed for a few nights to check out Chatham and ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. It was perfect for the two couples. The property manager had good communication and property was clean and stocked with key essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Linens were high end and comfortable. We would recommend this property!

Great Location

The property is in a great location - walking distance to downtown Chatham, on the main road to/from Chatham and Harwiches, easy drive to several beaches. The property is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Lois was very responsive to questions. While there is a car dealership next door, we didn't notice because of the fencing off of the back deck. We would highly recommend and stay again.

Lois has created a wonderful place for a family gathering. This house is beautifully furnished and has many extras that are not typically provided in a rental property. The outdoor space is wonderful as is the location - an easy walk to town and the Oyster Pond. The only issue for me and some visitors was the steepness of the stairs since I am elderly and am recovering from a broken leg. The main floor master bedroom worked beautifully and my family loved having the upstairs space to themselves. This is a premium rental property.

Beautiful home with issues

Beautiful home close to town. Well maintained and clean with nice amenities. The seller should have disclosed the very steep stairs with narrow treads that led to the second floor. Not suitable for small children, anyone with climbing issues or elderly. Someone in our family fell down the stairs and broke his toe. Also, the smoke alarms malfunctioned twice. Once at 9:30 PM waking up our infant. The fire department had to come and inspect the smoke detectors. They malfunctioned again two nights later at 1:30 AM which was a major disruption to our vacation. House is located on very busy Main Strett.

Thanks for your review. In terms of the stairs, our home is over 110 years old and the staircase is original to the house which is part of its charm. I do disclose on the listing that the stairs are steep and I typically meet guests at the house personally upon arrival to go over the house and specifically call out the stairs, as I did with you. I am so sorry about the smoke alarms, we addressed the issue immediately. As far as the location, yes our home is on Main St, the charm of being located in downtown Chatham on Main St, is that’s where there is a lot of shops, restaurants, and activity that you can walk to.

Great new Chatham find

This ideally located house is impeccably renovated and tastefully furnished with everything we needed for a carefree visit. We ate dinners at home or walked downtown to eat. There was privacy for all with two separate lounging areas. As well as the outside patio. Chatham and this house was a great venue to reconnect with our family after Covid.

Amazing!

The home was immaculate, the location is in the center of all the action (easy walk to town, the beach and baseball) and the entire process was seamless. This is an ideal spot for any vacation!
