A well-appointed and spacious coastal getaway awaits at this stylish 3BR/2BA home, located in the heart of Chatham and within walking distance to charming restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. Highlights include a private deck, grassy yard, dual living areas, and upscale furnishings and decor throughout. Get to local beaches in mere minutes for leisurely days spent by the gentle surf. Enjoy easy access to the Rail Trail, a dedicated hike/bike path stretching across 25 miles of gorgeous Cape Cod terrain. Unwind into vacation mode on comfortable furnishings in the living area. In the evening, get cozy by the gas fireplace. Relax on the large sectional in the sunroom. Gather for a movie night around the 40” smart TV. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table. This single-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. Find comfort in the primary suite, complete with a stately king bed, 40” smart TV, desk, and an en-suite bathroom is a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in a plush queen bed in the second bedroom. It's a very clean, sweet house that is located close to town and also within walking distance of a few great spots (restaurant, ice cream, etc.) which was a nice bonus. My two adult kids and I loved the bright light and comfortable feel, each room nicely decorated making the house feel like a home. There were plenty of towels, dishes, pots/pans, etc. The only critique is I suggest guests be provided more than two pods for the dishwasher, especially if a specific kind needs to be used. Also, if guests are asked to begin a load of laundry before leaving, then detergent should be included. Otherwise, it's a lovely little spot and it was a great few days. Hit all the beaches, go play mini golf, bike to the fish market for lobster rolls, go to town to shop & eat and head out to the Dunes and Provincetown beach as well. Great fun!!

Chilling in Chatham

Renting the property in Chatham was extremely easy. Everything was just as stated and the location was great. Would rent it again when in the area.

House was very clean , it was cozy , location was perfect , 3 beautiful beaches within 3-5 min drive around the corner perfect . House had all amenities needed. Just needed a bbq brush/cleaner none found to clean grill. Bbq Grill was filthy in and out .

Great Chatham Getaway

The house was extremely clean, well decorated, and had a great location. The town’s shopping district was a short 6 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, there was lots of room for a family to spread out, and the amenities were great. Travel time to Martha’s Vineyard ferry and whale watching was aprox. 1 hour for each activity from the home. We would stay here again!

West Chatham review

House was clean and accurate to photos. It really fit our needs and we would absolutely look to rent again when in the area. Had some difficulty with the door access code but was rectified by Turnkey representatives. Used the key for the rest of the stay.

Lovely house for high-season stay

We needed a family-friendly home for me, my mother, and two children close to downtown Chatham. We were happy with this house which was clean, safe, spacious, and well-appointed. It was driving distance to the downtown area and close to local beaches. The owner should add more cooking equipment (pans), board games, and more hairdryers. But the toiletries were nice and there was plenty of space for luggage. We would stay here again.

Amazing location and amazing house!

We spent 3 weeks here and loved it! It’s the perfect house for a group of friends or families. The house was meticulously clean when we arrived and the TK team was always available for any questions or concerns. The flow of the house felt totally open which made our rainy days perfect for cooking, playing games, and lounging in the amazing and cozy family room. Harding Beach is a quick jog or 4 minute car ride (buy your Chatham beach pass before your trip!!). You’re less than 10 minutes to downtown and Chatham Bars Inn. All around amazing place and location to spend your summer.

Excellent Home

This house was a great size and a good location. We enjoyed it very much. The price was reasonable considering both the size and location. You cannot walk to downtown. You can ride bikes to the beach. Overall it was great. I do wish it had better cooking equipment. And there is currently a collection of brown bags where the cutting boards live. These are small issues but we cook a lot and it was a little awkward. The beds were very comfortable and was a nice house.

The house was perfect!

My teenage daughter has heart failure and gets care at Boston Children’s Hospital. She was scheduled for a checkup so we decided to spend some time on the Cape before going back home to West Virginia. With my daughter’s health issues, We were concerned with Covid about staying in a house that was clean and this house was perfect. Along with being clean it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The porch and yard made it a great place to sit outside. It was also very convenient to all the beaches, restaurants and to downtown Chatham. I’m from Chatham so I also was happy to have found this rental in Chatham. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone! :)

Lovely week with my family

Spent a week here with my family of six mid-August. The house is beautifully appointed, clean, and more spacious than we had expected. We loved visiting different beaches (Nauset, Marconi, Chatham Lighthouse, Hardings and Skaket). Hardings is the closest, but my kids are older and wanted bigger waves. Nauset was great for that and Hardings was perfect for stargazing at night. Beautiful. Made some great memories this trip. We made good use of the outdoor shower, the wifi, the kitchen and the laundry machine. A/C worked well also. We had a minor issue with outdoor chairs and Mauricio (property manager) came by promptly and took care of it. Thank you!

Chatham wedding guest rental

This house was perfect for three of us attending a wedding at the Chatham Bars Inn. The den/tv room is beautiful and comfortable. The bedrooms are smallish but functional as are the bathrooms. If you need to be in Chatham for a function it is great but I would not call nit vacation home-no pool and not near beaches. If you have no need for resort amenities it is much better value for money than two rooms at the Chatham Bars Inn (less than half the cost during high season-July). The house is less than 2 miles from the the center of Chatham. The house is extremely clean and very quiet despite close proximity to the only route into town from the West, which also makes it very convenient. The size of the property is small but surprisingly private. The Vacasa pictures are very accurate. We would gladly return for another function but not a destination vacation to spend a lot of time at the house.
