This beautiful single family home is in the Indian Palms Country Club, with 27 hole golf course, numerous tennis courts, pickle-ball, hot tubs, pools, spas, fitness center, restaurant and bar on site.  There are 3 pools, all within a 10 minute walk.
The main big pool is 10 minutes away and is open 7 days a week. The 2 smaller satellite pools are a 5 minute walk away and are also open 7 days a week.

The home features a 3 bedroom, 3 bath layout, that accommodates up to 8 guests.  It has a fully equipped kitchen, High Speed Internet, Wifi and Cat 5 connections, 5 TV's throughout the house, back patio with gas BBQ and Fire Pit, gas heater, laundry room, with washer and dryer, your own private Golf Cart, 2 car garage, keyless entry and much more.

There is a complete 'Guest Welcome Booklet'' located in kitchen, with detailed information on the home, its amenities, the IPCC complex and facilities, as well as recommended restaurants, over 30+ golf courses and shopping malls that are all nearby.   Look for it when you check-in.

Other things to know:
There will be a $500 Security Deposit PreAuthorized on your credit card, prior to your Check-in.

All you need to bring are clothes, food, basic toiletries, beverage of your choice and a desire to kick-back and relax.  We know you will love it.

You will need to provide us with the licence plate or plates of the vehicles coming to give you automatic access at the Security Gate, so you don't have to wait in line. This automated entrance system ONLY works at the 48th Street, 50th Street and Jackson Street entrances. It does not work at the Munro Street entrance.

Also, please note that there is No Parking on Bates Street. Vehicles will will be towed.
