Includes private pebble-tec saltwater pool and spa (heating optional) nestled in a big backyard which features a large grass area, BBQ island, relaxing hammock, plenty of lounge chairs, and firepit for first class entertaining. Ms. Pac Man and Foosball fun game room. Dog friendly. Located close to many area attractions including Empire Polo for music fests, Old Town La Quinta, El Paseo, and Restaurants.

‘Desert Moon‘ is a resort style, contemporary desert vibes Boho-Chic home designed décor consisting of 4-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a giant private salt water pool (33ft long by 13ft wide and about 5.5ft at deepest point) including a baja-shelf seating area and umbrella along with spa jacuzzi (optional guest paid pool and/or spa heating available...see below for rates), large backyard entertainment area secluded in secure walled yard with privacy gate which features BBQ grill island with four bar tools, plenty of lounge chairs, gas operated fire pit, hammock, and more fabulously fun amenities! Backyard also has perimeter yard lighting, a lemon tree, overhead atmospheric dangling lights, pool toys/floaties, and inside the water pool/spa lights night swims or relaxing. Kitchen features everything you need for the cook in you. Property is in a safe and secure Indio community with very nice neighbors, immaculate landscaping, and an abundance of magnificent sunrise/sunset views.

Spacious open floor plan living and dining room areas next to the open concept custom kitchen. The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with four stools, wet bar, dining/breakfast table for six, and items for all your cooking needs including cookware, microwave, fridge, stove top, blender, crock-pot, rice maker, toaster oven, electronic wine opener, drip and/or Keurig coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than nine people….everything a fully stocked kitchen should have.

Ideal bedding for up to nine adults. Spacious one floor with a Master Bedroom featuring a king bed, a 50" Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom consisting of a shower/tub combo and double vanity sink. Bedroom #2 and #3 both have queen beds. Bedrooms #4 has a twin-over-full bunkbed with 42" Smart TV. Adjacent Bathroom #2 includes a walk-in shower. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Living room has a comfy sofa sectional, side chairs, gas fire place, and large 65" Smart TV all your apps to log-in to including Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, YouTube and more. There is a washer & dryer for guest use and the highest speed available wi-fi throughout the home. Two car garage with remote controls and driveway/street parking. Super high speed 500mbps Frontier wi-fi internet for all your work and streaming needs.

Children friendly (please note there is no fence around the pool so children under 12 must be supervised at all times). Outdoor music rules per below.

Additional Rules and Info:
- $250 non-refundable dog fee. Two dogs max. Please do not allow your dog on any bedding or furniture and ensure to pick up after them.

- Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. For longer guest stays there is a one week minimum for heating for month-long stays. Booking one week or less requires purchasing all the days.

- Four exterior security cameras (front door, garage, bbq area, and shed). Cameras are not monitored live and are for insurance and security reasons only.

- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
