Social Distancing haven! We invite you all to our Lake of the Woods Getaway #2! If you are coming to the area for fishing, hunting, hockey, outdoor activities and more, we've got you covered! The house is located 4.5 miles NW of Baudette on the Winter Road River. Dock located on the property to park your boat! Minutes away by boat or snowmobile to the Rainy River which is a gateway to Lake of the Woods where you will find world class fishing!
This is right through the woods from our other property, Lake of the Woods Getaway #1. Easy access between the two during the warm months! Per County Ordinance, no large events are allowed.

Me and 7 others went on an ice fishing trip to lake of the woods. We needed space for 8 people plus our gear. They had all the space we needed, plus some. The house is right off of a nice river. Only a 10 minute drive to Adrian’s landing and to Baudette. We enjoyed the trip! Would book again!

Perfect little hideaway yet close to stores, restaurants and parks. The home is bigger than it appears on the photos. Plenty of seating, bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very comfortable as a family of six!

Short distance from the resorts. Super easy checkin. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs and helpful with any questions we had. Cleanliness of the house could be addressed. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay!

Nice spot!

Went up to do some ice fishing with my buddies this was very convenient . Cabin was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos and renters were easy to work with.

Communication was great, had a few minor issues in arrival-due to snow more then anything. Contacted the managers and they responded very fast and took care of the issues.

Excellent place to stay for an ice fishing weekend!!

Savannah and Grant were extremely prompt with all of our inquiries!! The house was spacious and comfortable!! No neighbors were visible, we felt very secluded (which we like!!). The house had everything we needed. Use of the garage for the -30 temps was an added bonus we didn’t know about until we arrived. Thank you so much!! We hope to be back in the future!!

Cleanliness

Place was perfect for 4 couples. Only thing very dirty, looked like they just vacuumed and changed sheets on beds( thanks for that). Few dishes in cupboards were dirty, bathrooms were filthy and didn’t dare turn on ceiling fans because of all the dust on the blades!!

This is a large house with two stall attached garage that sits on the Winter Road River! Take your boat from Lake of the Woods right and dock it right at the house!

We own the property next door as well, Lake of the Woods Getaway #1. If you are having a family reunion, wedding, etc, book both properties! In the summer, there is a path between them!
