Overlooking 5+ miles of water! This is one of the best lots on Lake Norman.

Enjoy the views from beautiful yard, screened porch, and firepit

No smoking permitted. No parties or events permitted.

Beautifully furnished. Outdoor furniture includes lounges, 2 sofas, outdoor dining table, chairs around fire pit, and grill!

House rental includes access to the dock pictured, 4 kayaks, water floats, and life jackets.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests:
Bedroom 1: 1 king bed and 1 small sofa

Bedroom 4: two twin beds
Bedroom 5: bunk room: 2 sets of bunk beds with 4 twin beds total

Ideal for a retreat with family and friends. Awake to incredible sunrises every morning. Enjoy your coffee in the serene and beautifully manicured outdoor space.

Spacious deck and screened-in patio provides lots of outdoor space to celebrate your time here. Love the convenience of having the lake in your back yard where you can swim, fish, kayak, paddleboard, go boating, or do nothing at all!

This home is conveniently located - less than 10 minutes from Publix, less than 20 minutes to Birkdale Village and a wide variety of dining/shopping, and ~35 minutes from Uptown Charlotte where you can choose to take in a Panther's game or one of the many other professional sports venues.

This is my personal residence that I split time between. I am looking forward to sharing my home with responsible and respectful guests!

Lake Norman is the largest man-made lake in North Carolina and ideal for boating and watersports. There is a wide selection of rental boats available for rent to complete your stay.

Amazing Long Weekend

This property was beautiful, clean, exactly as pictured, and the host Casey was so easy to communicate with. We plan on renting this property again when the weather is warm so we can enjoy the lake! I highly recommend this family friendly property!

Grad school reunion weekend!

We had a great time… kayaking, swimming, hiking, fireside talks, coffee on the screened-in porch, sunrise on the dock… and Casey was a lovely host! It’s not fancy, it’s very homey and comfortable. Plenty of room for the six of us. Great kitchen, quiet neighborhood. Close to local market. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome place. There were nine adults and three small children. We had plenty of room for everyone. The dock was awesome to play on and swim from. Host was great to work with.

Nice Lake House in Good Location

Nice quiet neighborhood with quick access to Denver, Huntersville and Cornelius. The house was very accommodating for 8 adults, but bunk beds are more configured for families with children. Really nice screen in porch. Outstanding lake view to see the morning sunrise. Nice house layout with large sectional, table and kitchen area. Plenty of bathroom facilities.

Perfect place for our group of 10 women! View is amazing. Neighborhood is lovely. Quiet and removed yet still close to everything you might need. Would love to come back in summer!

Excellent VRBO, great location, clean

This property is located near many stores and grocers. It’s clean and accommodated the 8 friends we had staying there. The outside has a nice fire pit and a brand new dock that we used to keep a pontoon (from the nearby Freedom Boat Club). Inside, the appliances worked fine and appeared relatively new. This is a nice VRBO and highly recommended.

Long Weekend

We had an amazing time at the lake. There were two families of four with kids and young adults and parents. The space was perfect and comfy and the common areas fit everyone nicely. The lake access was priceless and the water toys made it better. We will definitely be back.

Awesome!!

My friends and I had a great time. We were a group of ladies holding our annual bookclub getaway. Truly enjoyed the view and the home had more than enough space for everyone. We even enjoyed a day at Birkdale Village.

Thus lakefront home is a gem that exceeded all of our expectations. It provided the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and nature. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat to recharge, a romantic getaway, or a place to make lasting memories with family and friends, this lakehouse is the ideal choice. We left feeling rejuvenated and are already planning our return to this little slice of heaven.

Perfect vacation

Casey's property is wonderful and he is very responsive. The location is close to everything: boat launch, restaurants, gas stations, etc. When we were not on the water, we spent our time in the outdoor screen room or around the fire pit. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the whole property was recently updated. This was our 2nd stay and we are already looking forward to booking again!

Amazing place to relax and enjoy the lake

Space worked great for our group. plenty of yard for games, large firepit area and lots of deck space. the sunrise was straight across the lake, which was great with a cup of coffee. large kitchen even for large groups. very comfortable beds. family said would like to come back again if do lake norman again for family get together.

Wow! Simply amazing!

Where do I begin?! Casey’s place is absolutely amazing! Super clean, nicely furnished, & very spacious. What you see in the pictures is exactly how it looks but it’s so much better in person. Everyone enjoyed (friend & family group) and we’re looking to plan another visit for sure!! Just book it, you will not be disappointed!

This house is amazing! Lots of room inside and out. The huge kitchen and screened in porch were big enough for our entire group to hang out in at the same time. Beautiful yard and really large fire pit area. Casey was super helpful and responsive. Would not have changed a thing!

Family vacation

Beautiful, perfect vacation. Casey was a fabulous host. We had no issues at all The home was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Very well appointed. Nothing was missing! The location is amazing, with beautiful views and private access to the lake. Absolutely breathtaking We swam, kayaked, fished, and rented a pontoon boat. We had five kids with us ranging from almost 3 to eight. All had a wonderful time enjoying the many amenities We highly recommend this property!!

Great Family Vacation Location

Beautiful view out over the water - sunrise right in front of you. Enjoyed water toys like kayaks and big water float. Dock was used by many of us. Firepit was a hit with our family - used it three nights in a row. House had ample room - very spacious kitchen, dining area and screened porch. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Near by Beatty Ford Park ( splashpad ) was a treat for the kids. Owner was excellent with communication and suggestions.

Wonderful Thanksgiving With Family

Cannot say enough glowing things about this property. It's completely as advertised: an open space with dramatic view of Lake Norman; superb kitchen with two sinks, two ovens and great refrigerator; huge center isle; comfortable living area off a screened-in deck that overlooks large yard and lake. Every aspect was clean and neat. Appliances were at the ready. There were 11 of us and an 18-month old and we had plenty of space, plenty of livable space. Shopping (Publix, Harris Teeter, Food Lion) were nearby, as well as other establishments making it an ideal location. Cannot think of anything that was not first-rate about this experience. 5-STARS!!!

Family Gathering

My sisters and my brother gathered here to see my oldest daughter’s performance with Grace Potter at the Fillmore in Charlotte,NC. My brother flew in from Seattle, and after a long flight, this was the perfect place to relax. The home is exactly as pictured. It was a wonderfully warm and inviting place with lots of space. The decor was perfect. The lake view from the screened porch and lower deck was breathtaking. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night. Casey was a responsive and wonderful host. Stores and restaurants are within a 1-3 mile distance though we chose to cook in the beautifully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend.

Beautiful home and property

This house is spacious, beautifully maintained and stunning views of the lake. It is situated in a quiet residential area and we did not hear any other neighbors during our stay. The backyard is very nice for kids to play soccer, whiffle ball, etc. We fished off of the dock and the kids enjoyed swimming, using the lilly pad float and kayaks. We brought our own boat and fishing gear, so the dock was extremely convenient. There is boat access about a mile away at Beattys Fort boat ramp. Everything was very clean, with the exception of 2 white fabric chairs at the dining table (I don't know how any home could keep those clean, especially with renters). The firepit was perfect in the evenings, but situated under tree coverage. That is nice shield from the sun, but the chairs do get covered in bird droppings. This took a little more elbow grease to clean than we expected and a strong shot with the hose would have been helpful. The grocery store, gas station and coffee shop were all very close. The owner was very responsive to my planning questions in advance and quick to get back to me during our stay. A transformer blew the power out on our entire street and the energy company had it fixed relatively quickly. All in all it was a fantastic vacation and we hope to return to this property in the future.

Great stay!

This house is truly lovely and was perfect for our group of 8 girlfriends. A beautiful view of the lake hits you as you walk in the door and there was ample seating in the house, screened porch and outside to settle down and enjoy it! The large kitchen was great for gathering; the beds were very comfortable; the decorating light and airy; everything fresh and clean. The owner, Casey, was very responsive to our questions/requests, quickly supplied a few items that we found missing and even added some wine to the wine cooler!! We had a great stay at this property and highly recommend it.
