Great house! House was super clean and cute! It was well stocked with all of the basic necessities. Bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds and each room has it's own lighted mirror for doing makeup and hair without needing to take up the bathrooms. House is on a quaint quiet street, close to the Speedway and not too far from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. I would recommend this home!

Family reunion

Great place to stay and close to everything

Bedroom sizes were nice and they had everything needed for the stay plus some extras in case you forgot anything. I would say that the beds are closer to a full size bed and not a queen, but they are comfy. Overall, i would stay here again if in the area.

My friends and I attended Gencon and this place was ideal for the four of us. Very clean and just about everything was available for a comfortable stay. I’d stay here again if we decide to go next year.

Indy Time Trials 2023

Great place for family to gather as we were here for the Indy 500 time trials, house had everything we needed and was somewhat close to the track, getting there was a breeze. I would recommend this house, price right, quiet and easy to get around.

Nice Rental in sketchy neighborhood

The house is newly remodeled. Everything was clean, the street was quiet, and Joe was very prompt in any response. However, the surrounding area was very run down, the bedroom furniture and dishes were sparse, and there are a lot to minor things that need fixing. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Wonderful property

This property was very clean, well appointed and the neighborhood was safe. We were a group of 3 women and children who were not familiar with the city or the area and it was a very safe and quiet area. It has easy access to the airport and the west side of Indy. Kitchen and bathrooms were great. Would definitely stay here and recommend it to others.

We had a great experience at our VRBO. The property was centrally located to nearby activities, very clean and plenty of room for our families. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Everything we needed!

Joe's place provided everything we needed for an extended-family gathering. We had enough space for 3 adults and three teenagers, plus plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies for our group. The house is nicely updated, clean, and functional. A quiet little residential corner very near interstate access. Lots of good restaurants and grocery stores just a few miles west on the main thoroughfare. We look forward to coming again!

Great place!

The house was clean with all things necessary. Plenty of towels and simple furnishings. We did not have any issues while staying! Right off hwy and only took about 10 mins to get downtown without being on the highway. Longs bakery was about 10 mins away very good donuts..lol.
