Welcome to our gorgeous 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home! It's the perfect getaway, minutes away from everything Indianapolis has to offer; Fountain Square, Downtown, Central Canal, Museum of Art, Children's Museum, Zoo, Victory Field, Lucas Oil Stadium, and nationally ranked restaurants and breweries. Make yourself at home! Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, beautifully decorated brand-new decor, and very comfortable sleeping arrangements.

**Pet fee =$150 total for first 2 pets. $50 extra for 3rd pet. 3 pet maximum.**

Nice place, great location

We had a pleasant stay. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the location was great... Lots to do within 15 minutes, including the zoo and children's museum. We would definitely stay again!

The space was absolutely amazing. We had tons of space for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was incredibly clean and well put together. Check-in and checkout was incredibly seamless and Aaron was so kind and responsive with anything we messaged about. I really loved this place and hope to stay here again sometime!

House was clean. Property around the house was clean as well. Plenty of towels for 13 people that were in the house to shower which is always nice. Seemed like the neighborhood was decent as well we didn’t have any issues. Getting downtown and to the casino weren’t bad drives either. Would stay again

The accommodations were perfect for our family.

The check in process was easy. Our kids arrived early because of weather. The owner enabled them to arrive a little earlier without any problems. The house is beautiful, clean & provided all the necessities that we needed for our stay. The street was quiet & we felt safe.

The house was close enough to everything we wanted to do. The extra essentials were terrific. Backyard was well kept. Furniture wasn't as comfortable as we would've liked. But, was large enough for our group. Communication was excellent! All and all was very enjoyable! We would stay again.

Convenient location to downtown

The house was extremely clean and spacious and very convenient to downtown. It is located in a neighborhood undergoing revitalization and was quiet with no issues. Only negative was due to my assuming 3+ bathrooms meant 3 full baths plus a half bath. In the bottom of the page it said 2 full baths plus a half. I just overlooked that statement.

Just southeast of downtown, the fun and funky Indianapolis neighborhood of fountain square has a world of independent restaurants, live music and performance, working artists with a vibrant arts scene, and one-of-a-kind stores that sell food, fashion, comics, musical instruments, fresh flowers, and so much more.

-- Getting Around --
Fountain Square is very bike friendly, and because all of the hot spots are tied to the square, it is walkable as well!

Uber and Lyft are a great option in the area, generally less than $10/ride to most downtown hot spots - accessible through the smartphone apps.

-- BUS --
IndyGo Bus Line Pickup nearby at Prospect St & Harlan St, just an 8-minute walk from my house.

-- BIKE SHARE --
Indiana Pacer's BikeShare - Rates start at $8 for bike check out. After purchasing either a 24-Hour Pass or an Annual Membership, you have access to unlimited 30-minute rides during your Pass or Membership period.
