The guests have access to the entire house and yard. There is a garage and shed on the unit that are used for storage. Guests do not have access to these.

The basement also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, along with detergent, dryer sheets, bleach, an iron, and an ironing board for guest use.

Outside, guests can enjoy the large fully fenced backyard. The covered patio includes a spacious outdoor dining table, making it a great place to relax, enjoy meals, or spend time with family and friends.

The house is just several blocks from I-235 which can connect you to any of the areas major highways. It is less than 10 minutes from the Dwight D.
