Any guest caught violating this rule will be subject to immediate loss of use and forfeit of all money paid. Further all pet owners and guest in control of pet must have said pet leashes at all time outside the unit and must pick up all waste. Violating of this rule is also subject to loss of use and revocation of license to use. Guest(s) understand they can lose their money paid by not adhering to pet policy.
