Profitez du luxe d'ĂȘtre au pied des pistes dans notre magnifique condo de 3 Ă©tages au pied de Shawnee Peak, Ă  moins de 30 minutes de la rĂ©gion des Montagnes Blanches!

Vue magnifique sur la montagne depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Asseyez-vous prĂšs de la cheminĂ©e en pierre confortable et asseyez-vous au premier rang pour regarder les skieurs sur la pente juste devant votre fenĂȘtre.

Lorsque la journée de ski est terminée, c'est à quelques pas du lodge voisin pour Apres Ski at Blizzards!

10 personnes confortablement. Idéal pour deux familles à partager.

La disposition est la suivante:

1er étage - lit queen size, lits superposés, canapé, causeuse, tv, table de billard, table de hockey sur air et 3/4 salle de bain.

2e étage - Spacieux espace ouvert avec foyer au gaz en pierre, 2 terrasses, salon avec télévision grand écran, cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes et 1/2 salle de bain.

3e étage - 2 chambres. La chambre 1 a un lit double et un lit superposé (la couchette inférieure s'ouvre sur un lit futon double). La chambre 2 fait face à la montagne et a un lit queen, un lit double et une terrasse. Aussi salle de bain complÚte à cet étage et laveuse / sécheuse.

Ce condo est l'escapade parfaite en toute saison et pour n'importe quelle raison! Parfait pour les amateurs de plein air (pensez au vĂ©lo, Ă  la randonnĂ©e, Ă  la pĂȘche, au kayak) et aux acheteurs (North Conway, NH avec ses magasins d'usine est Ă  moins de 30 minutes en voiture!)

L'automne est magnifique lorsque les feuilles prennent des couleurs vibrantes qui seront mieux vues au sommet du mont Washington oĂč vous pourrez voyager via la route automobile.

Les enfants adoreront une visite Ă  Storyland Ă  Glenn, NH.

Si vous préférez l'antiquité, le centre-ville de Bridgton compte plusieurs boutiques d'antiquités à explorer.

Ski in ski out spacious condo

Jennifer’s place is perfect for our group- unbeatable location to the slopes, spacious rooms for two families of four to spread our legs, nice touches throughout the condo, and we really had a wonderful time staying here for our annual ski trip! Can’t wait to come back next time and we will 100% recommend this to people!

Great Family Ski Trip

The house was just as advertised and very clean. The keybox to check into the property was tricky to figure out at first. Jennifer's communication about house rules was clear and complete. The only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable.

very roomy!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. We were visiting in town for a family reunion, and it was so nice to stay so close to family and have a clean place to rest at the end of the day. It was very clean and all needed amenities. While we didn't have the time to use them, there was a plethora of games like Pictionary or Scattegories and many movies for a rainy day. We had great weather so we were at the lake all day. There was plenty of kitchen items including a fridge with a water filter which was convenient. We were also pleased with how quickly the air conditioners in the rooms cooled down the rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Big, New, Clean Condo - Convenient Location to Lakes of Maine & North Conway

It was a great condo! 3 floors newer construction with a great open concept main floor (Kitchen/Living/Dining) with WiFi and Cable. It was my wife and our two kids and it was great. We were scared to go with a house near a lake because of Mold/Dampness and allergies so we elected to go with the "Sure Thing" with this newer condo and it was perfect. The location is great as you are: 8 minutes to downtown Bridgton 20 minutes to Naples which has a nice causeway on Long Lake and marina 25 minutes to Sebago Lake State Park (Songo Beach - which was great for young kids) 35 Minutes to North Conway and shopping 40 Minutes to Story Land Our young kids loved Story Land. Dining Tip - Don't bother with Bridgton House of Pizza (Terrible Pizza - better off with frozen pizza from the Hannaford in town)

Do not waste your money on this unit

Do not waste your money on this unit. We have stayed in units in the same complex over six times and was surprised that this unit was nothing like the others. The beds are so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving a night early. We had to make the beds when we arrived. There was no soap for the showers. Towel bars were broken in the bathroom on the master level. The lower level smelled musty. Definitely not the homey feeling that we’re used to in the other units. We had no response from the owner when we did contact her.

Great for family vacation

The condo was quiet, comfortable and worked well for a family with 3 generations. Everything we needed was well supplied. The location was convenient to our needs. The air conditioning was great during some hot and humid weather. Jennifer was quickly responsive to a question from us and maintains a home-like property.

Well appointed ski in/ski out condo

This condo was perfect for two families to share. Located right on the trail at Shawnee Peak made it easy for adults and kids to ski in and out. The sleeping space on the first entry floor was perfect for the older kids and there is plenty of room in the main floor to hang out and eat together.

Owned by two sisters who grew up skiing at Pleasant Mountain and now ski with their own children and spouses on the trails they loved as kids.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Comfortable and welcoming with lots of great views of the mountain, quiet places to sit with a book and large gathering spots to make memories with family and friends!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You will love the ease of our ski in ski out condo at the base of family friendly Pleasant Mountain . We have created a space we love to visit with lots of cozy sitting nooks with optimum views of the slopes right out side our window. Our kitchen is full equipped with everything you will need for a perfect vacation.

Two families can easily share this condo because of it's multi-level design with 3 bathrooms and plenty of beds. The condo sleeps 10 comfortably.

When it's time to unwind at the end of a busy day of skiing, we have a cozy, stone fireplace to curl up in front of with ample seating for everyone. We also have board games, air hockey and a pool table.

Blizzards at the lodge next door is a quick stroll for food and beverages with friends and family.

Enjoy the luxury of being slopeside this ski season!
