Our family had a wonderful time at Sea Chase Condos! The check-in was smooth and easy with guard at the entry gate. The condo was clean and spacious accommodating sux adults and one toddler. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with a large open floor plan for kitchen, dining, and living rooms areas. We were most impressed with our host Mr. Jeff. He checked-in with us as we traveled to Orange Beach and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay at Sea Chase Condos and appreciated our gracious hosts, Mr. Jeff and Ms. Carol.

The condo unit was spacious and clean. It’s in a great location in OB, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, things to do, etc. SeaChase property/pools are very nice and extremely well kept, despite it being an older condominium. We also appreciated the very short walk to the beach having 2 little ones with us. The unit is older, but extremely clean and well kept, with a nice layout and a lot of room to move around. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the stay

Check in was easy. The view was great and loved the property pools. Condo was on 2nd floor with great views of the beach. Area had Restaurants and Wal-Mart across the street all that we needed.

Great ocean view!

Everything was great just as listed. Loved the ocean view from the condo. Seen dolphins from condo everyday. Access to stores close by made it very convenient.

Nice Property, Clean/Spacious Condo

The Condo complex was nice and the condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay. However there were a few things not working- sliding screen door and lock, fork holding shower drain open and had to reboot the tv often. Still a nice property and would come back if these small things were taken care of. Jeff was responsive to my questions and we loved the location!

Beautiful views to ring in the New Year

The Seachase is our favorite property to stay at in Orange Beach. You just can't beat the amenities and its proximity to the beach and stores/restaurants/attractions. The unit is spacious and has amazing views. The patio furniture was nice and sturdy, and we enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony every morning. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals while we were there. The appliances are dated but worked fine. Great communication with owner which made things stress free. Thanks!

The owner of the condo was amazing. But the security at the condo made me extremely angry. They accused my son and his wife of doing inappropriate things in the hot tub that wasn't going on. The security guy was very accusatory and unprofessional. The next day another security guy said he seen my son's wife look to be naked in the hot tub. I was right there. This was nearly a deal breaker for me. Thank God the supervisor over security had some brains about himself. He was quick to listen and he made no snap judgements. I definitely recommend more and better training for the security team.

From the initial booking Jeff was helpful, prompt, and accommodating! The condo was so spacious! Plenty of room and clean. The amenities are what will keep us coming back! Our kids had an absolute blast! We will be back next year!

Perfect location and views!

The hotel itself was beautiful. The views itself was perfect without even leaving the room. The SeaChase needs to do a better job with cleaning the hallways to the rooms. Trash cans by the pools and entrance were flowing over multiple days. The inside of the condo was stocked well. The room had quite a few things broken or damaged but nothing that interrupted our stay. I saw notes that they were aware and a text from the owner. The master bed was high off the ground but AMAZING!! The condo needs some updating but overall a great week and lots of fun! The owner made sure all the extras were there including a panini and waffle maker. My kids were thrilled!
