The home’s three beautifully-decorated bedrooms ensure privacy and absolute comfort with room-darkening curtains, plush mattresses, and luxurious linens.



The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, stunning bedding, and large windows. The chic third bedroom features two comfy single beds.

The home’s shared full bathroom has everything you’ll need during your stay. The combination bath and shower gives you the option of indulging in a hot bubble bath or taking a refreshing shower. Hardwood floors, fresh white cabinets, and sheik granite countertops create a beautiful space to prepare meals.



An equally inviting dining area adjacent to the kitchen completes the space with a place to enjoy your home-cooked meals.



The comfortable living room provides a space to relax and unwind in luxury. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the 55” HDTV enabled with both Netflix and Roku. The home is equipped with a smart home system and AC for your convenience and comfort.

Don’t forget your bikes! The house is near the Stone Mountain Bike Trail which links Midtown Atlanta to Stone Mountain. This ideal location is also just 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions.

Guest Access:

Guests of this lovely home have complete access to the entire house. Self-check-in and a keypad lock ensure absolute convenience during your stay.



This is a pet-friendly home. A fee of $75 will be charged per pet for the duration of your stay. Please let us know if you will be bringing one along in your reservation request.



Please note that guests are required to sign a rental agreement for insurance purposes and a government ID from the person responsible for booking is required for the online check-in form.



Please note that any stays longer than 28 days will be required to pay a $500 refundable deposit. This will be refunded the day after checkout provided that there is no damage to the premises and no violation of the house rules.



Please note that parties and smoking are strictly prohibited.



An active security system is in place on the premises that includes three outdoor cameras - one on the front porch, one in the carport, and one in the backyard. The front doorbell camera allows guests to see and speak to visitors at the door from the kitchen. The alarm system will not be armed during your stay however the living room motion detector will be on. Motion detectors have no audio or video recording ability.



Please do not set or play with the alarm system. In the event of the alarm being triggered, you will be able to disarm it on the panel with the same code as provided for the front door.

Scottdale is a small community in the east of Decatur. Emory University doctors, CDC employees, and television personalities live alongside mechanics and shopkeepers in Scottdale. It is rapidly changing from an old cotton mill workers village into a diverse, vibrant in-town neighbourhood with music studios, restaurants and parks.



The PATH Foundation trail cuts through Scottdale, providing a bicycling link to both Stone Mountain and downtown Atlanta. Scottdale is probably best known for its retail destinations, including Your DeKalb Farmers Market (which is undergoing a major expansion) and the sprawling original location of Kudzu Antiques.



Getting Around:

The nearest MARTA bus stop is on Cedar St, which is 0.2 miles away.



Avondale Estates MARTA subway station is 2.5 miles away. From there it takes about 20 minutes to get to Downtown Atlanta by subway.



Downtown Atlanta is just 9 miles from our house, and you can drive there in less than 20 minutes.



Airport is 20 miles away - 25 minutes drive via I-285.



Other Things to Note:

SECURITY SYSTEM/CAMERAS

For your safety and security, our house is equipped with an active security system. Part of the security system are THREE OUTDOOR CAMERAS. One camera on the front porch, one camera in the carport, and one camera in the backyard. They will be on during your stay.



Thanks to the cameras, every time when someone rings the doorbell you can see your visitors on the screen of the panel and talk to them without approaching the door. The panel is located in the kitchen.



We also have a motion detector in the living room. It will be on during your stay. Motion detectors have no video/audio recording ability.



The alarm system will not be armed during your stay. If on the rare occasion the alarm is triggered, you can disarm on the panel with the same door code you were provided. We kindly ask that you do not set it or play with it so that you do not get to meet our local police at our front door. :)
