Relax and unwind at Rock Creek Retreat, a beautiful lakefront home overlooking the clear waters of Smith Lake’s Rock Creek. With stunning views, comfortable accommodations, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space, this retreat is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a memorable lake getaway.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, two queen bedrooms on the main level, and a basement bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Two full bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone.

The open-concept kitchen and den on the main level create a great space for gathering, dining, and relaxing together. The home includes three Smart TVs (two on the main level and one in the basement) with streaming apps such as YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and Pandora. Guests are also welcome to bring their own streaming devices (Apple TV, Roku, Fire Stick, etc.).

Step outside to enjoy the best part of lake living. The home features a screened-in porch and a large wrap-around deck with plenty of seating and tables for outdoor dining, relaxing, and taking in the lake views. Fire up the gas grill for dinner or gather around the fire pit in the evening.

Down at the water, the private boat dock sits in a quiet area away from heavy boat traffic, making it ideal for swimming, relaxing, or simply enjoying the lake. Guests can also explore the water using the two paddleboards provided.

The house comes fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including linens, towels, a coffee bar, a fully equipped kitchen, and essential housekeeping items.

We were beyond pleased with our host, their property, and our stay. The pictures and description are accurate and the point out on the lake is better than the pictures! The kitchen and house is fully equipped with everything you need. The hosts were very quick to respond and address all of our questions and any accommodations we needed. We highly recommend this property, and we plan on visiting here again.

I appreciated Anthony's timely responses and his kind flexibility with our requests/need to make adjustments to our arrival. The Cottage was a perfect spot to relax and rest. It was clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfy.... the screened in porch and deck with rockers were favorite spots; and the view was so peaceful.

Sweet Home Alabama

The property was pefect for our stay. We are building a home in Arley and have stayed at two other locations on Smith Lake prior to this one. This will be the one we plan to stay at again. The rental is fantastic and the views are amazing.

Location was good and the view of the lake was beautiful. Owners supplied everything but food for a weekend getaway. Great basement area for teenagers! Our grandchildren enjoyed the lake and paddle boards available for our use. The beds were very comfortable and that’s hard to find in rentals. We will be back.

Beautiful spot!

We had a wonderful time staying at this comfy and cute cabin on beautiful Smith Lake. We enjoyed using the paddle boards to explore the lake and swimming off the dock every day. The cabin was clean and the deck is absolutely fabulous. We would definitely come back anytime!

Guys trip to the lake!

Great cabin for our guys weekend trip! Lots of space to spread out, super clean, well appointed kitchen, and fantastic outdoor space and view of the lake! The house had great privacy and was in a very quiet neighborhood on my favorite part of the lake! We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet, with a nice view of the lake and surrounding property. It is sort of off the beaten path, with a narrow winding road to the property, which allows for walking around the lakeside. Friendly neighbors. We enjoyed fishing off of the floating dock, but the steps to the floating dock may be an issue for some, as there are some 60 steps.on a steep incline. Basic amenities are provided. Recommend getting provisions before arriving, as it is about a 30 minute drive for eating out or shopping.

Memorial Day Weekend 2024

We really enjoyed the property. It was very neat and clean with nice amenities. We rented a boat so it was very nice to be able to use the slip to keep the boat. We also enjoyed swimming off the dock and using the float that was there. I would definitely stay at this property again
