Located less than 2 miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta, on a fabulous white sand beach, the spacious 11,000 sq. ft villa offers you the best for indoor and outdoor living. The outdoor living room and dining room under its huge Palapa give you access to the main terrace where the heated pool and the beach one level below invites you to enjoy at its best.

The villa features the best of coastal architecture; with natural stone walls, open brick work and one of the tallest Palapas in the area. The main level is an open concept with a well appointed entertaining area, living room, dining room and kitchen.

Its heated pool together with rest areas and another outdoor dining room make the villa the ideal place for your events.

Absolutely stunning property!
From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we were in awe of this home ! Very spacious so everyone felt comfortable. Outside area is amazing and exactly what we had hoped for. The staff I can not say enough about. Kind, caring and helpful. The cooked meals, unreal! Location is great, just a short walk to downtown and when we took an Uber it was only $5. The pictures do not do it justice ! Also, communication with Roberto was incredible. Our family thanks you for this incredible vacation!

Family Vacation
The property was exactly as pictured, it was old school Mexican design, it was beautiful. So just remember it is open air in the entire house except bedrooms. I can not say enough about the staff, they were exceptional. Food was wonderful and they went out of there way to accommodate special needs for my wife and son in law. We happened to be there during the Hurricane and even with all the damage the staff never missed a beat always there, they were fantastic. I would go back to Villa Verde in a heart beat, and recommend it to anyone.

Our Concierge will meet you at the airport and provide to you a private transfer to the villa where our staff will welcome you with snacks and drinks. Then, they will show you the rooms and you can make your selection. Our butler will take your luggage to each of your rooms.
We want each day of your stay to be carefully planned with the help of our Concierge. He/she will guide you through his/her experienced knowledge for choosing the most relevant activities that are to your liking.
