On-site amenities include a newly-renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Seasonal amenities include beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. The fitness facility and gift shop are conveniently located on premises and complimentary DVD rentals are available to enjoy at your leisure. Should you need additional room for your personal or professional functions, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1606 is an expansive three bedroom, three bathroom condo accommodating up to ten. Get comfortable and settle in as this unit is ideal for hosting a crowd. From the fully-stocked, well-appointed kitchen to the bright and cheerful open-concept living/dining space, you’ll find every comfort from home but with a view! Gather on the sofa for a game on the flat-screen TV or around the dining table for a puzzle or board game. Sleeping options include the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room and two private guest suites, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two double beds. Additionally, the private master suite houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



You’ll always find something to do in Destin. Start your day at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away!  There you’ll find a plethora of boutiques, waterfront eateries, and an assortment of water activities, including paddle boarding, kayak rentals, world class fishing, parasailing, and more!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Everything was great

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding and everything was wonderful. We had 6 adults in the unit and there was plenty of room for all of us. We could not have asked for a more beautiful view. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only complaint I have is that the dryer was not working and I had looked for a unit with a washer and dryer, but other than that, our stay was great.

The stay was overall good. There were a few things that weren’t in great condition, like the doors in the hall were off the hinges. The “complimentary tickets” aren’t actual free tickets, you have to buy one and then get one free

Decent Stay

This is our 5th year to stay at SunDestin. We had more issues in this room than any other. Several closet doors are broken, completely off the tracks. 3 shower/tub combos but only one tub stopper that works. We had so much trouble sleeping, had to buy earplugs because we heard every single thing on the floor above us so loudly. We’ve never had that problem before. I will say that having a washer/dryer in the room was amazing!

The unit itself was great! The balcony needs attention. The tiles are broke and has rugs covering them up. Makes you feel uncomfortable to walk on them.

Please let the owners know the refrigerator has a leak. The freezer is dripping into the refrigerator and the bathtub stopper in the 3rd bedroom will not work.

Vacation

Despite the weather and not being able to get in water it was ok vacation the room had issues that were quickly taken care of but the one issue that was dangerous were the broken balcony tiles at master bedroom this almost caused us older parents to fall and my 2 yr old grand daughter did fall as the tiles shift when you walk on them covering them up with the mats as they were did not help would we stay here again most definitely just not this unit

Needs improvement

My parents bought this trip as a family vacation. My Sisters kids have never been to the beach! Upon arrival we all went out to the balcony and the tiles are broken & and one was sticking straight up and broken. My sister cut her foot on it. It’s now infected. One of the chairs was broken, dishwasher leaks when you run it and all of the bathtubs are very slick. Someone could easily fall. These all didn’t happen from the prior guests. It wasn’t worth the $ Spent a majority of our time calling maintenance and cleaning up water etc.

Beautiful Condo but needs some TLC

We enjoyed our stay very much, but there are a few issues that need to be looked into in order for the next guests to enjoy the condo even more. The towel and toilet paper bars came off the walls in two bathrooms, which the front desk said they’d fix it. The coffee maker lid is broken, so coffee doesn’t brew right. A lot of the light switches don’t work through out the condo. One of the lights in the master bath flickers, and won’t stop. There’s no light in the fridge, which I believe there is supposed to be. The fridge also leaks water onto the top shelf. The knob on the linen closet in the main bathroom is loose. You may want to find a better knob for it. And lastly, the master bedroom mattress could really use an update. It was not comfortable to sleep on. Aside from those issues, we were extremely happy with our stay. All of the other beds were very comfortable. We had everything needed as far as kitchenware, towels, toiletries, etc. We loved the toiletry gift boxes! Thank you for providing such a beautiful place to stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Very outdated

Online listing made the condo seem way nicer than it was. Very outdated condo. Our condo was ok, definitely not the nicest. The fans/lights didn’t work in 2/3 rooms. Had a good view at least. Pool was very small. Splash pad was closed. Wouldn’t stay here again unless we had to. Also kind of ridiculous you only get one parking pass for a 3 bedroom condo.
