This quaint lake house boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (to sleep 10 people), 3 slip boathouse, and large yard with outdoor fireplace/patio. Bring your boat to this fisherman's paradise on the beautiful Lake Guntersville, home to some of this county's BEST bass fishing.

Reelin' in the pines is sure to provide a quiet, serene retreat. The wildlife is abundant and the fish are biting!

You'll have access to the whole house and 3 slip boat house. Our boathouse is the tin one directly in front of the property. DO NOT....I repeat DO NOT step foot on our neighbor's boathouse. That is his private property and he gets very angry when guests in the past have used his boathouse for fishing and hanging out. Thank you.

This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It's so serene and the birdwatching is excellent!

Great size house, bedrooms, and everything needed for a quality stay was present. We had ample space for 2 trucks/trailers. Very quiet and nice area on southside of lake. Owners communication was perfect, all processes and pricing were outstanding, The boathouse needs definite improvements or at least cleaned up, it was not usable. Thank you for the stay.

We had a great stay although it was just a short visit. The lake house had everything we needed and the hosts were very accessible and accommodating. They communicated with me at every step and the check in and out were very easy. We loved having the big back yard.

Weather did not cooperate for our fishing trip, but we visited Cathedral Caverns which was nice. The water was too shallow and grassy for our boat at the house, but we weren’t far from a ramp. Huge backyard with seating area, would be nice for family gathering. House was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable! Close to food, and activities. Guntersville is one of my favorite lakes, it’s beautiful and clean.

It was all we expected and hoped. A very great quiet place to stay. Plenty or room. Plenty of yard. Although we mainly stayed outdoors the WiFi and all TVs worked perfectly. I only say that because every vacation we go to has some sort of connection problem. We had no problems at all here! The fireplace outside was also great for s’mores!

Great little place

Really enjoyed this cottage away from the real world. On the other hand it was close enough to enjoy many of Alabama’s beautiful parks, waterfalls and the Space Center too. It would be a great summer spot too.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids had a wonderful time. There is plenty of room for everyone, it is very peaceful in the evenings. We really enjoyed the double living rooms and covered patio with a fan since it was a very hot weekend. Great place to spend time with family, we look forward to staying again!

Wonderful Stay

The house and property were just what we needed for a family gathering. The separate living areas worked out very well, and the house was comfortable and well supplied. The view is lovely and the yard is great for kids! Good communication with the owners. We would stay again!

Perfect lake getaway

Checkin was easy. The house was clean and quiet. We had plenty of space to be together and everyone had their own bedroom. We didn’t have a boat, but we wish we had. The dock was inviting. Checkout instructions were easy. It was a fabulous weekend.

Great place

We all enjoyed this property. Plenty of room in the house and a nice backyard for the kids to play in. Beautiful views with lots of chipmunks, squirrels and birds. Loved being right on the water. Will definitely book again.

Perfect for our weekend stay!

We were attending a wedding nearby and did not want to stay in a hotel. This property was perfect for our family party of 10. We had room to stretch out and relax. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals in between wedding functions. I would love to stay here in the spring or summer, when it is not as cold. The lake views are very nice. We really enjoyed our visit.

Great family getaway

Reelin in the Pines was perfect for our family rendezvous. House is spacious and comfortable. Yard is big enough for outdoor activity. Neighborhood is peaceful. Visits from friendly dogs were a treat too. And the outdoor fireplace is great for marshmallow roasting.

There's something special about this property. It's far enough away from all the hustle and bustle that you can truly relax, yet close enough to enjoy all that the lake has to offer.
I just love looking out across the water and watching the birds. It's so peaceful here!
