With a private balcony overlooking an open air plaza and ice skating rink, this 1 bedroom / 2 loft condo has you steps from chairlifts, shopping, dining and Telluride's best Apre' ski scene! Guests can zip over to downtown Telluride on the free gondola or walk out the front door and enjoy instant access to skiing, and the new bike park! This is a fantastic home base for making mountain memories! Recently remodeled with new wood floors, creative tile work in the kitchen and bath and thoughtful artistic touches throughout! Add in ample natural light and an efficient layout, this condo is ideal for relaxing after a long day making turns on the hill, exploring backyard hiking trails or zipping around on the new mountain bike park! The outdoor patio provides great views of the open plaza below and the soaring peaks above. There is a full kitchen and dining island as well as an adjacent and open comfortable living room. The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings, large windows and a massive king bed! There are two lofted lounge areas that also double as beds for the kiddos or your tag-a-long adventure friends. All guests in the Hoot Haus are welcomed with cold beers, sparkling waters, snacks and a bottle of wine (3 nights or more). The location of the Hoot Haus is ideal for easy Apre Adventures, coffee runs and shopping! There are numerous dining options all within a snowball's throw of your front door or ride the free gondola into downtown Telluride for a stroll down historic main street. Telluride Brewing Company's new tasting room just opened in the village core and will be your new favorite hangout in no time! Business License: #005062 Getting Around: We have a reserved parking space for one car in a nearby garage (It is a short walk and not directly on premises). We will provide details prior to your arrival. This spot is at no additional cost to guests. A luggage cart is in the unit for your convenience. If you have a second car, park in the Heritage Parking Garage (2.00 an hour) or the Blue Mesa Parking lot to unload your luggage. Once unloaded, you can either keep your car in the Heritage Lot for $35.00 a night, move it to the Gondola Lot $25.00 a night, or the Airport Lot $5.00 a night - which requires a shuttle or Uber back. Once settled, you can take the free Gondola into Telluride for more dining, shopping and adventure. If you’re looking for groceries or wine, you can take the market plaza gondola to stock up for your stay. Both Gondolas are free and within a two minute walk of the condo.
