Condo was nice and clean. Deck was nice. Promiximity to park and town was nice also. My only disappointments were that the outside night lights of the condo shined into the bedroom at night with shades frawn and I wish the condo itslef was located farther off the main road. Also it was a tigh fit for a family of 4 to watch the football game in the living room, might consider a love seat instead of chairs? Overall, very nice home, thank you.

Colorado Vacation

We stayed for 3 nights over the 4th of July weekend. The unit was very nice and clean and pretty much what we were expecting from the Vrbo listing. We liked the location because it was located very close to one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park.However, we had two minor issues during our stay:1. On one afternoon/evening the serenity of sitting on the balcony overlooking the Fall River and mountains was interrupted for several hours by a loud gas-powered power washer. It seems they could have picked a better time to power wash all of the units than on a Holiday Weekend.2. When we returned late from the spectacular firework event in town, all of the parking spaces at our unit were taken.Still...we enjoyed our get away to the mountains and we would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway Condo

The location was amazing, with mountain views and the river right beside the property. While it was both close to town and the RMNP it was isolated and peaceful. The Condo was clean and very nicely decorated. A very important bit of info for anyone reading this review. The King bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hop to return.

Vacation at Estes Park

The condo was very clean and had a very picturesque view! They provided towels, dishes, cooking utensils, blow dryer, and fans. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful condo.

Great mountain getaway

Amazing location right next to Fall River you can see and hear the river from the balcony and hot tub.. there's picnic tables and chairs by the river fishing is good caught two 🐟 the condo is very cozy updated and clean very important to me.. we enjoyed our stay can't wait to go back!!

In the area for a wedding at Della Terra

This location was absolutely perfect. My family of four traveled to Estes Park for a wedding at Della Terra. The venue was within a 4 minute drive. It made the location perfect. We loved how quiet the location was. The finishes in this unit were awesome!

Great location

The location was perfect-close to downtown but in the woods with a babbling Brook close by. We did have some trouble making our key work on our door, but it was fixed pretty quickly & with apologies.

Bear Warning! Hot and Bright!

We arrived and found a pamphlet describing that the management required that ground level windows be closed and that our car needed to be free of crumbs. We had been traveling with a 3 and 7 year old for 10 days at that point. The condo maintained a temperature of 75-80 on the main floor and 80-85+ in the loft. (With 3 windows open that weren’t ground floor or missing a screen and with two fans cranked to high speed). The primary bedroom also offered a bright led light from a surveillance camera that was mounted above the double window outside. It maintained a morning light look all night. The second night we brought the kiddos downstairs and had them sleep on the sofa pullout. And we draped a blanket over the windows to try to minimize the glare. It was a little better, but we were still sweaty when we woke.

Clean, quiet, and cozy space right on the river

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was immaculately clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Having a small kitchen allowed us to save some costs on meals. Management company was responsive in answering any questions and also provided us with an additional box fan when temperatures rose well above the norm for Estes Park in July. Enjoyed being a couple of miles away from the buzz of downtown, where it was quiet and cool. We will return!

Great place to stay for peace and access to RMNP.

Place was great for our family. Relaxing space and close to town. Road construction while we were there added delays but being stuck in traffic in the mountains next to a river is still a pretty great place.

Great Location

Condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Located a mile from the fall river entrance to RMNP which we entered the park each day of our stay. All shops and restaurants are just a short drive into Estes Park. The office has games and movies for check out which made for great family entertainment, with Monopoly, and a viewing of "The Great Outdoors". Slept with the windows open each night with the sounds of the rushing river just off the back porch.

Great getaway!

The condo was clean and the location was very nice, situated along Fall River between town and the National Park. We enjoyed the views, sitting on the deck overlooking the river, and seeing the elk that came along the river most afternoons. The condo had everything we needed and was nicely updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
