A lovely, clean, and comfortable place to unwind and relax. In this 3 bed and 2 baths townhome you will find new comfortable furnishings and modern beach decor. Located just a short walk to Whitecap beach!!.King size bed in downstairs room, queen bed and full size bunk beds in upstairs rooms, sofa beds offering memory foam mattresses in the loft and living room, large screen TV, WIFI internet, cable, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoyable mini-vacay spot.

No issues getting in the townhouse and the temperature was cool & refreshing. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Nicely decorated with a beachy vibe. Definitely not a 6 minute walk to the beach but since you can drive on the beach it was not a problem.

Great beach getaway

This condo was perfect for our family and daughter’s friends. Plenty of room and plenty of towels and supplies. I was hoping there would be shampoo and conditioner in the showers but nope. Not a big deal. But guests do need to bring all their own soap. Anyway, the condo is beautiful.

Beach trip 2022

This rental definitely met all of our needs and made for a very comfortable trip to the beach for our family! Communication with was spot on! Would highly recommend this rental to others. Will definitely look to rent this one again!!

Nice condo and location!

The condo itself was nice, clean and well put together. Parking was convenient and overall really enjoyed the stay! Pool area is fine but there was a family there that had about 40 guests, which made the pool unusable to anyone but them (it was literally shoulder to shoulder). Obviously that’s beyond the control of the owner, but it’s something to be mindful of that the pool isn’t huge by any means. Access to whitecap was amazing, and proximity to food, coffee etc was unbeatable. Great condo for our family of 6!

We rented a golf cart from one of the neighborhood vendors, which made it easier to get to the beach with our set-up (shade, chairs, cooler, etc). Many simply use their car - and that works too, but often 2WD vehicles get stuck (especially closer to Bob Hall pier). The lock for the pool is full of friction - takes several minutes to unlock. My kids decided to simply not lock the door between entering and exiting. We had to borrow a neighbor's can opener, but otherwise found the kitchen fully stocked. We purchased soap and shampoo at the IGA on the first night, as none was available. We would wash dishes more often, but were limited to one pod of detergent per day. Beds were comfortable and AC was excellent.The beaches were lovely for Texas and crowds were very family friendly for the most part. Occasionally people are inconsiderate with noise (e.g. some 60 yr old guy thought that he'd use the beach for a personal electric guitar jam session all day... so it was more difficult to appreciate ocean wave sounds).

Amazing Location!

Everything was great, the house was clean, neighborhood was quiet. The only issue we had was actually getting in the house. I received an email with two different check in times, 3p.m. and 4 p.m. The email also stated the code to get in the door is the last 4 digits of your phone number, but it's actually the last 6. On the VRBO website it also states the last 4 digits. I spoke with the property manager and she failed to tell me that until 15 minutes after our check in time. The property manager answered the phone the first time we called then did not answer anymore. We had to call the company the property manager is with before she called us back. Other than that everything was great. There is plenty of dishes and pans as well for cooking. We had 10 in our party and we had plenty. The pool also has BBQ grills on site.

This townhouse was beautiful. Great location for both beach and restaurants. Would recommend this vacation home to everyone.

Winter escape

We had a great time. Close to the beach and the warm weather was great. Our place felt like home and was very well appointed. The property manager was excellent and took care of the few items we brought to her attention.
