North Padre Paradise

What a great getaway! Came down to the Corpus area for one last summer trip before school starts. Kids loved the pool, beach was a 1/4 mile away, the condo was clean and comfortable. Whether you’re coming to relax by the pool, play in the waves, visit the Aquarium or catch a Hooks game, this place was very family friendly and a budget friendly option. Will definitely stay here again next summer.

Great Family Friendly Stay

We had such a great time at the Aruba Bay Resorts. Our 3 year old LOVED it. The atmosphere is family friendly! I hope that continues, if so we will return no problem! Convenient location to the beach!

Convenient but noisy

Convenient for pool, beach etc, but unit wasn’t ready on time, and no check in information was sent because it wasn’t ready. Left us concerned that our reservation wasn’t properly taken. Unit was mostly clean but hairs on pillows. Unit clearly not insulated between units because every toilet flush, conversation or tv from neighbors or upstairs could be heard. Overall place needs some paint and furniture replaced.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was good but the place we stayed at wasn’t as what we expected. I had to pull out the bedsheet and replace with it one folded in the cabinet. I didn’t realize it was a twin sheet but we used it because the queen sheet on the bed had hair in more than one place. I was grossed out. So my husband and I shared a twin sheet as a cover instead. The sofa had a hole on the arm (which I didn’t notice on the photo you posted of the place). The sofa also felt dirty. And it would have been better if the tv was mounted a little lower. It was hard to watch tv without getting a neck strain. Please provide instructions on how to operate your washing machine...when to add soap. Different machines require different instructions. Also instructions on how to use the tv remotes. We’ve been customers of Padre Escapes (PE) for several years. I’m not sure we’ll stay at this particular property next time. I know PE has better ones.

Great stay!

The staff at this place was amazing! The bathroom was slightly dirty but that was the only negative thing, nothing Lysol wipes couldn’t clean. We will be going back!
