This little place was absolutely amazing! Host thought of every little thing to make this place exactly what any small family would ever need! If we forgot anything at all it was already on site. We arrived very late and there was even a little food/snacks available so I didn’t have to get back out. Any and all toiletries as well. The privacy and the automatic gate were also huge! We will definitely be staying here every time we are in New Orleans! Hosts communication and hospitality were top notch. If I could give her and her place more stars i absolutely would!

GREAT PROPERTY & STAY!

We had a great 5-night stay at Southern's Beauty1! The property was very clean, quiet and convenient. Check-in and out was a breeze. The gated private parking was definitely an added benefit! The location was ideal for our event (Bar Exam) at the Ponchartrain Center. Sam was a wonderful host, and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Very comfortable stay

I really enjoyed this stay. The place was more spacious than I expected with most items you would need for a stay. It was nice to have access to a pool right outside the door. Parking was easy an accessible. Will stay again when I'm back in the area.

The area was quiet, close by Walmart and other stores which is convenient. The house was nice, clean, they have essential if you can’t bring your own. The pool was nice to have but didn’t use it. Host responded quickly even late night. Check in & check out was easy.

Weekend Stay June 2025

Enjoyed our stay . Loved the area the house is located in. It was close to stores and the airport. if you needed something quick. Manager was available each time I texted . Beds were soft house was very inviting and smelled fresh. Let me say this I never leave reviews because I forget but this one deserved it for sure. Will definitely be back.

The stay at Sams

I enjoyed staying here! It was very clean, comfortable, and safe. Sam is a very good host, and was there anytime we needed her. I would recommend if going to New Orleans to stay here with Sam! I will be coming back here if I go back to New Orleans.

My husband and I stayed the week here. Super cute little place. Perfect for just the two of us. Pool available if the weather is right. If we make it back here in the future we'll book with her again.

Wonderful stay

Cozy clean house. Had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen. Large washer and dryer. Comfortable bed. Nice pool. Hosts were extremely nice. Loved our stay and would stay here again if in area.

Cozy cabin

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed snowshoeing around the house. The owners were great extremely responsive to any questions we had. A lovely house all around!!

We enjoyed

It was clean and had enough space for us, but we could have also taken the kids if we wanted to after seeing all of the toys, books, and games we saw. We didn’t utilize the pool but the scenery was great. Will definitely be back again. Hopefully in February lol

Perfect stay!

The unit was exactly what we required for our stay! Spacious and comfortable! Hosts even had the basic condiments, bread, eggs, butter and snacks all available in the unit! The gated driveway made me feel very secure. Pool was well kept and enjoyable. 30 minutes to the French Quarter easy to drive and park or Uber. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay!

Cozy New Orleans!

The property is well kept. Having a vehicle is essential as it is a bit a way from downtown New Orleans. The off street remote control gated parking is a big plus and worked great! Wonderful kitchen and coffee bar with fully equipped with all the tools you need to prepare meals on site if you like. Extras like the bowl of snacks and fresh flowers made us feel welcome. We would stay here again!

It was all that was promised and more…

We felt welcomed from the moment we entered! It was clean, smelled wonderful, and we were greeted with snacks, cold drinks, and freeze pops! The kitchen was well stocked in case you wanted to prepare meals, the bathroom even had shampoo/conditioner and shower wash…. The location was perfect, not too far out and we felt very secure! Will definitely return and highly recommend!!! Thanks for hosting us!

A very nice place to stay

Overall very good. It’s small, even for two adults. Samah was very responsive and accommodating. Perhaps it’s just my pet peeve, but there was a lot of stuff in that compact space which was nicely decorative but non-functional for a visitor, e.g., the large stuffed animal in a corner, and a large basket of chips on the kitchen island. I needed to put my suitcase on the floor, which was awkward. But these minor negatives were far outweighed by the location, off street parking, the pool, and the very friendly host.

Worst booking ever

I could not even pull in the property without the greeting rudeness of the host and the manager . Pool was dirty and the house smelled of cigarettes. Their problem was that more than 2 people were on the property and simply not hearing me out of how they would just be helping me unpack then leave. They never wanted me on their property as they kept trying to cancel and giving me a refund and not find a solution like hello. Would not recommended this house at all. FYI you’re sharing the backyard/ pool area if you didn’t know.

My best VRBO to date!

I traveled to NOLA on business and was located about 20 minutes from the convention center. Far enough out of town and close enough to get to all the city easily. The property is exactly as described in pictures. Gated parking, pool, snacks and drinks upon entering, partially stocked refrigerator, and incredible coffee station and selection. My invoming flight was delayed, and because of that my departure was also delayed which changed my check out date. This host accomodated this change quickly and without question! I was so impressed with the hospitality, cleanliness, and location of this property. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!

Was passing through to another destination and wanted to stay somewhere close to New Orleans without being in New Orleans for a few nights. Perfect place to do so! Right in the heart of Kenner. Close amenities. The accommodations are clean! The pool is what made me decide to choose this property. It was great! Private! Your automobile is in a small, privacy fenced area with just enough room to get turned around to be able to pull out of the driveway onto the street. The host is very nice and accommodating even though we didn't see each other face to face. WAY better than a hotel stay! 5 stars! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! ❤️

Really great stay

Our hosts were very kind people and were always available when we needed any help. Then were very accommodating and kind aswell as friendly. The house was very clean and comfy. You pretty much had everything you needed. We would definitely stay here again if we visit New Orleans. Also the location was Close to lots of good stores and restaurants which made it very convenient. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Lovely place in a good area with lots of groceries and restaurants within 5 miles. A wonderful assortment of snacks and even eggs in the fridge. Condiments such as Ketchup, syrup, etc were all tine the fridge as well. Very clean. Lots of shampoos in the shower, Lots of thoughtful touches. The only downside for some may be that the towels, etc are not new but they are perfectly fine. the main bedroom has a queen and a twin so would be good for a couple and a child. Note that the driveway entry is on Esplanade and not on E. Loyola which is the address.
