This apartment is a modern two bedroom, one bath unit. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave oven, kitchen pantry storage, under counter LED lighting, Counter top island with seating for four, Living room, dining room & kitchen in an open floor plan. Separate laundry room with storage. Kitchen is fully stocked.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Couch and recliner in living room. Private enclosed glass sun porch. Dimmable can LED lighting and new tilt in windows with screens through out. Paved parking within feet of private entry door.

**No access to back of house, back yard, garage or the parking in back of house- as this is a separate property not part of VRBO.

Guests have access to the MAIN door entrance (only VRBO entrance on property) which is in the front of house and paved parking spots directly next to front of house.** UNIT IS LOCATED ON SECOND FLOOR. (Flight of stairs)
