Villa Euphoria in Aegina, Marathonas beach

Villa Euphoria is a traditionally decorated island residence, surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden filled with fresh fruit trees and flowers.
The villa is superbly located on a hillside overlooking Marathon Bay, one of the most attractive areas of Aegina. With easy access to the beach, 600 meters away, and a mesmerizing view of the Saronic Gulf the villa is highly recommended for families with children, couples as well as groups of friends.

The house, located on the 1st floor of the property, offers 130 square meters of indoor living space. The villa consists of a sunny sitting area, with a flat screen TV and comfortable sofas, which has access to the 35 sq. m. furnished veranda overlooking Marathon Bay and Moni island which is right across Aegina. Having a morning coffee, lunch or a wine in the evening whilst gazing over the Saronic Golf will become the highlight of your stay. Regarding sleeping arrangements, the house has 3 spacious bedrooms all of which have a double bed, extra towels and linens, storage for your personal belongings and A/C. Two of the bedrooms have mountain view and the third bedroom has access to a 20 sq. m. balcony with sea view. The spacious kitchen is well equipped, with appliances, utensils and cutlery (for more details look the amenities section) and is connected to a large dining area which can comfortably sit 6 guests. Lastly, you can find two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. We can offer a baby cot upon request if you are joining us with your baby. The garden of the property is shared with guests staying at our studio which is on ground floor/garden level. You may use the BBQ facilities and the traditional wood oven and feast on the garden on a sunny day. Two parking spots are available on the property depending on availability.
