This downtown, second floor condo (only one of six in the building) has a quiet location, great floor plan, and updated amenities for your stay. Beautiful interior design and layout, 1 1/2 blocks from Elk, Camp 4, and walk easily anywhere in town or to many of Crested Buttes fantastic hiking and biking trails. Enjoy the back porch, with a fire pit, for bird watching and resting after a day of hiking or biking. Ski bus picks up skiers in front of the building for a quick , easy ride to the mountain. If you love to cross country ski, the Nordic Center is a close 3 blocks away. This location can’t be beat. Grocery and liquor store, 2 blocks. Business License# 008420

We had a great ski trip in December. The condo is in a great location and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing property! Very central, cute as can be inside and the owners have thought of everything. It is a comfortable place to land after a day of adventuring in Crested Butte. I would absolutely stay here again!

What a great place to stay! Caren was a great host. The location of the VRBO was great...very walkable and the street was quiet (we stayed the end of August). Very clean and spacious and comfortable and a nice place to hang out during a bit of rain. We cooked a lot and the kitchen and the supplies were awesome. Great appliances, pots and pans and utensils. The queen sized bed was so comfortable with the mattress topper. Lots of windows were a big plus. If you are sensitive to noise, we could hear neighbors above us. They were not noisy, just some footsteps and activity. It did not bother me, but my husband is more sensitive to that than I am. I would still recommend staying here. It felt like home.

Great Apartment in Town!

This was the perfect in-town location for a weekend visit to my daughter! The location is so convenient to Elk Street & all the shops & restaurants. The apartment is nicely decorated & had everything we needed. The balcony off the back was a bonus too to enjoy the summer weather. And Caren was very proactive to make sure we had everything we needed & was quick to respond to all communications. A great stay!

Great Condo

This was a warm, cozy place to stay and convenient to downtown walking. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The host was really helpful and responsive with my questions. The only tricky part was the parking situation while snowing. But, once we figured it out, it was OK.

Nice apartment, excellent location

Comfortable, well furnished. Looks like the owners use the place themselves, so everything is as comfortable, tasteful and usable as if you had set it up yourself. No complaints, great place!

Great spot right in town!

We had a lovely stay, apartment was nicely appointed and beds were comfortable. It was awesome being so close to downtown, easy to walk everywhere. Didn't hear any noise from neighbors. Parking was a little tricky in winter with how much snow CB had this season, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect Setting

Beautiful place. Perfect location to walk around town. If your coming from a home remember this is apartment living. They did provide noise makers and ear plugs if hearing neighbors is a problem. Would stay here again!

Wedding weekend stay

Perfect location for walking and driving out. Cozy and comfortable stay. If we ever come back to Crested Butte we will definitely stay here!

location location location

We loved being in town in Crested Butte in the summer. It was an easy walk to the grocery store and to Elk Avenue. Camp 4 coffee also close so we went there often. We had everything we needed to cook and it was nice that extra supplies were available like toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo, etc.... Having a washer and dryer helped us minimize our packing. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we've had in any VRBO we've ever stayed in. I personally enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the dreamy summer weather. We would definitely stay here again.
