It is a basement unit w no windows. Wouldn’t call it a casita that suggests free standing unit. The kitchen chairs are small and uncomfortable. There was a few plates in stack that were dirty. The small shower great for 12 and under not adults. Master bed soft and sub par. No sheets in 2nd room some plastic lined sleeping bag outfit.Basic accommodations. The yard is very nice and more comfy than the house.The hosts are great.

This VRBO is a basement unit under an RV garage. There are no windows or natural light. The pool and hot tub are in the backyard of the owners house, which was a bit odd and provided no privacy. The unit is well appointed with several nice touches, but the mattress in the master bedroom was too soft with an annoying dip in the center.

The property description was accurate. The main bedroom was large with a king sized bed, ample drawer space, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom featured plenty of sleeping spaces for all of our children thanks to the bunk bed with trundle. The kitchen was suitable for cooking simple meals when we weren't out with family. The host graciously heated the hot tub and pool for us, we just had to contact them and request it. Overall, we would stay there again.

Everything we needed

The apartment was exactly as listed. It had everything we needed except wash cloths in the main bath. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed a night swim with waterfalls and lights.

Nice property, but not clean

My family was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of our rental in St. George last week. The master bathroom had visibly not been cleaned from the last tenant. The bathroom had hair and soap spots on the countertop and sink and the toilet had urine, fecal, and pubic hair on the bowl and seat. Additionally, the main reason we booked this rental was to use the hot tub, which was out of order. When we arrived there was a note saying that the hot tub needed to be fixed and new parts had been ordered. On the second day our hosts messaged us from Europe that the Phone App to control the hot tub heating was not working. I don't know which one of these is true, but we would not have booked this place if we knew the hot tub was not working. We have enjoyed many Vrbo rentals over the last five years and we have never had such a disappointing and uncomfortable experience before.

Amazing stay

This was the best place we have stayed. There was so much foe our family to do without wvwn having to leave. My kids loved the pool. The rooms were so cool and beds were so comfy. If we are in the area again, we definitely stay again. The owner was friendly and responsive!

Great Stay in St. George

We stayed here for two nights and it was perfect for our family of four. Way check in, clean and quiet. Met all of our needs and allowed us to have space vs. a hotel room! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
