Unwind in St. George in our comfy vacation home. This terrific 3-bedroom retreat features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (twin and full) and 1 futon, perfect for families or friends. With 2 bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub. Guests can relax in style. The theatre room offers 2 additional queen blow-up beds for extra sleeping space. Attractions nearby are Zions National Park, the Tuachan Theater, Thunder Junction all Ability Park, Fiesta Fun as well as the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center. ***Notice... we do have FULL TIME RENTERS in the basement. Also no alcohol, smoking or pets permitted on the premises. Come and enjoy your time in St. George in our sweet getaway home!

The home was clean, check-in was easy. There was convenient access to different restaurants and the location was fantastic.

Place is spacious and clean. The only hard part was that one of the bedrooms was really built to be an office and so it has double glass doors with no coverings. It’s really only 2 bedrooms with privacy.

Very nice house. Lots of space. Loved the large bathrooms and especially the jetted tub in the primary en-suite. Host very nice and communication easy.

The house was spacious and was a great place for mine and my sister’s family to stay for the st. george marathon weekend. Our kiddos especially loved how close it is to the “dino park”.

Listing said entire home, There’s renters in the basement that are loud. Wasn’t able to use pantry and told to take food out. Had an issue with entry code when first arriving that delayed getting in.

It was a wonderful stay and they were very accommodating. I was able to reach out a couple of times with some questions and they responded in a timely manner. The house was beautiful and plenty of room for me and my family.

The house was spacious and clean. Convenient location on a quiet street. Beautiful kitchen and primary bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows on the main beds were not the most comfortable. If you plan to cook, be aware the kitchen was a little sparsely stocked. Overall a nice stay for our family.

We had a wonderful stay here over Thanksgiving. The living space, kitchen and bathrooms were especially spacious and made our time very comfortable. The only small thing we noticed was that a few of the bathroom towels were slightly damp when we arrived. Overall, a great place and we really enjoyed our stay and thinking of staying again in the future.

It is a great large home. Close location to shopping and freeways. There was no television available other than in master bedroom. It is great for small children. The living room could have comfortable sitting.

Going into the home it was a pretty big space for what we needed so that was great. Host was very easy to communicate with for check in. It was clean and had enough beds that we needed for sleeping. However, one of the showers did not drain very well and one of the beds was not comfortable at all. We only stayed for a couple nights, so we made it work. There are renters in the basement, which is not a big deal, but we could hear them multiple times playing the piano and violin loud. That made it hard to get little kids down for a nap. We also heard them playing basketball outside and some random people talking to each other by the front porch. Just felt a little weird. We liked the house but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We thought the property was fine, but when we showed up we found out that there were tenants in the basement. This was not advertised in the description. We go with a single house dwelling for privacy. Had we known there were tenants, we would have not booked it, would have been a deal breaker. Otherwise we would booked a hotel or condo for less. We could hear them in the basement with music and there tv, was disappointing. We found out by reading the notes on the Fridge, these notes should be in the profile.
