The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURlogy Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Great Stay!

My family and I really enjoyed this condo. It was spacious and most of all it was very clean!!! The condo is a little dated and some items could use a good replacement, but I will repeat it was so clean!! It was great being able to bring my poodle along. The potty area for the dogs was spacious and very clean as well. I never had to worry about stepping in dog feces. Great pools! My family and I will return.

Worse vacation ever

The only thing I liked about this place was the pool and the access to the beach. The parking was great also. This had to be one of the worst places I have ever stayed in my life. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Our room was absolutely horrible. Paint peeling out the walls and ceiling a couch back in the 60s no hot water. The plaster fell off the ceiling and into one of my family members eyes and had to go get medical attention. Overall, I hate to even give this place a 1.

Horrible stay

Nothing, this was not a good experience at all, after 5 years of staying here we will not be back unless we are reimbursed for a good bit of our stay!! The room we stayed in was outdated and run down bad!! Needed cleaned, we found THC vape, Rocks, and Food still in the oven from previous tenants. These two rooms need a massive overhaul!!!

Room very outdated and not willing to be fixed

The property itself was nice and well taken care of but the room was outdated, in need of repair and we were told the property owner was not interested in fixing peeling paint, (falling onto bed), leaking air conditioner with floor taped down because of it in living area, very few lamps and very dim lighting, broken counter in kitchen, outdated dirty carpeting.

Nice Location - needs updating

Our location was beautiful with the ocean view. The pools and hot tubs were great. The place was clean when we checked in. Based on prior reviews, I wasn’t expecting a newly updated room. But they are in need of updates. The carpet in the bedrooms look old and in need of steam cleaning. Our refrigerator in the main room did not keep our food cold. We reported it, and the staff were very quick at looking at the refrigerator. However, their reset did not fix the issue. Fortunately, we had the small fridge in the other room to keep my dogs insulin at the required temperature. Also in prior reviews, there was a mention of roaches, so I was on the lookout the entire time. I didn’t see any until the day before we were checking out. I saw one in the main bathroom under my makeup bag and one in the living room by the couch. We enjoyed our stay, but probably would not stay here again.

Perfect for a family trip

Upon arrival, the check in was smooth and the front desk lady was nice and helpful. 7th floor was perfect, not too high, and the view from the balcony was fabulous. There is a little alcove you first enter, and then entrances to the rooms are on either side. There were 2 double beds in each of the rooms, and it was very nice to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is tiny, but we really only needed the fridge so it was sufficient - the smaller room also has a mini fridge. The oceanfront unit had a living room with a dining table to seat 6, and a Murphy bed. The beds weren't the greatest, as they were just single thin mattresses, but only one person in our group had trouble resting. The furniture is older and dated, but there was no strange stains or nasty smells - it is just well used. There was some dog hair on the furniture that got on our clothes, but we knew it was a dog friendly place and it is often hard to get rid of every last strand. We saw lots of pups while we were there and it was nice to see them playing on the beach in the early morning while watching the sunrise. They even have a dog sitting service and groomer right in the building! It is a no smoking building, but as usual in Myrtle Beach, there's going to be the sharp scent of pot working its way in now and then. All in all, we enjoyed our time here. It was a very inexpensive stay and as long as you don't go in expecting the Ritz, you'll likely be pleasantly surprised.

Look elsewhere for a place to stay!!

I am very disappointed with our stay at this location. The unit is in desperate need of a remodel. The living room furniture is dirty and worn-out. The fridge isn't very cold, the top of the oven doesn't work, two of the stove burners are crooked and unusable and the curtains are dirty, worn and torn. On the evening of our arrival, we found roaches in the unit. I informed two different employees the next morning and afternoon. Both said they would immediately send a maintenance person up to spray the unit but no one ever came. We purchased our own roach bait and spray to try help elevated the problem for ourselves but continued to find roaches throughout our entire vacation. On one occasion, a couple of employees at the front desk were having a conversation that contained excessive foul language. All this took place while I was waiting at the elevator with my two small children. If we wanted a Days Inn experience, we would have stayed at the Days Inn down the street and paid the Days Inn price. I expected a much better experience for the price of this unit. I would not recommend this location to my friends/family.

Great Place to Stay

This rental met all of our needs. It is dog friendly but we did not hear any dogs barking. The rooms were clean and if we needed anything the people at the front desk were more than happy to get it for us.

I only stayed for 1 night! There was water leaking from somewhere! We had a puddle of water and the water went all the way to the room! And the bathtub didn't drain!
