Great location- close to the Battery. We had a great stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on away from home.

I will be staying again. This place had everything that was needed for the whole stay, the kitchen has everything that is necessary to cook, seasoning, cooking oil.

Great spot near The Battery

We stayed here during the weekend for a Braves game and some golf. Excellent location! The Battery was a nice walk away and the neighborhood was quiet. Accommodations were comfortable and our host made things very easy for check-in/out. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great visit!

The property was excellent. Check in was easy. Great neighborhood. Only issues were the air conditioner and water dispenser on the refrigerator malfunctioned during our stay. Property owner came to attempt to repair them but was not able to. Otherwise a great stay.

Okay stay near the Truist Park

Pros:Close to the Battery/Truist ParkCheap Uber ride because of the short distance.Lots of space to spread out. Comfortable mattresses.Washer and dryer were nice to have, plus detergent and dryer sheets were provided. Cons:The description of the property is misleading, I would not classify it as “luxury”. There is mold on the ceiling in the main bathroom. The bunk beds in one of the rooms was not sturdy. My 11 year old daughter slept on the bottom bunk, and she was fine. But the entire metal frame squeaked when she moved. And honestly, I would not have felt safe putting her in the top bunk because it was so shaky. The lining of one of the chairs in the living room was hanging down.There was no outlet in the half-bath attached to the mater bedroom. The deck out back is a good space, but definitely needs some TLC. Overall, it was a good place to stay, but don’t be mislead by “luxury” home.

“Luxury” seems like an absolute stretch. The doorknob did not even have a latching mechanism. All that was there was the electronic deadbolt (which we didn’t notice until our last night). We paid for early check in, and the code to the door did not work, owners did not answer until HOURS later. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling, and when I messaged the owners about it they said it’s mildew from the Georgia heat. We are from Mississippi and haven’t seen something like this in our bathrooms. Bugs on the floors when we walked in. Tile that is coming up and super hazardous, especially for little ones walking around. This experience has completely written us off from ever staying in a Vrbo again. We wanted to leave immediately upon entering, but were so afraid we wouldn’t get our money back, so instead decided to stuck it out, and we won’t be making that mistake again. Truly the only positive thing I have to say, is the location. But also there are people staying the cottage house right on the property, which you aren’t told about in the listing, so actually no privacy at all!
