This weekly rental is located steps from the beach access in the Saltaire neighborhood in Duck. This house is spacious with two living areas and is within walking distance to shopping, dining and the soundside boardwalk. Take a break from the beach and relax in the private pool or hot tub. You and your guests are sure to love staying at the "Quack Inn"!
Pool is open from April 23 through October 29.

Best Quack in Duck

Our family loved the house! It had so much space to accommodate all the different ages of the family. The location is amazing…literally a short walk to the beach. The screened in porch was where we lived between eating and playing games at night. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the covered swing. The crows nest was an exciting place to watch approaching storms and stealing some quiet time.

First Duck Beach Week

We liked the residential like setting of Duck and this house, was quiet and friendly. The house is right at the end of the short boardwalk to the beach so very close. The pool and hot tub were great and enjoyed by the kids every day. The house has great gathering spaces for larger groups and kitchen was well stocked. There are outside porches, including a screened in porch, with hammocks and couches. We were there for a delightful neighborhood 4th of July parade and celebration.

This was a great property. The house was spacious and great location. There are only a couple things that should be changed. More towels and kleenex.

Wonderful house for a family

We had a great time at this beach. Great private beach. Close to shops and restaurants.The house was arranged for separate living areas. Equipped with a full kitchen, games, WiFi, and plenty of seating. We will be returning soon.

We loved this place! So close to the ocean and to town. Great amenities, pool. Jacuzzi, grill, outdoor shower. The Great room is a great place to hang out!

Our stay

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. This home is very well stocked and has all amenities as stated. The home is very clean and inviting. The home is in a safe, quiet Neighborhood and close to town. My only complaint is that the mattresses are very uncomfortable

Beautiful Accommodations / Surroundings

Beautiful house and great accommodations for our family week in Duck. Fully equipped kitchen, and very clean from the house to the pool. The beach canopy and chairs were a plus for our daily short walks to the private beach. Already looking forward to staying in 2025!!

We cannot say enough good things about Duck Inn! The location, the house, the amenities, everything was perfect. The owners were easy to reach and communicated quickly and efficiently. We hope to return next year!

Best Family Vacation!

This house was perfect for us! My adult kids and grandkids had our own space to relax on multi level decks or enjoy the pool together. Short walk to beach. Short drive for coffee and duck donuts! Fully equipped kitchen and 2 refrigerators. Hope to come back soon!

The Duck was great!

It was a beautiful home, with great access to the beach and town. It is a well appointed home. Plenty of room. All switches marked so no guessing at ??? We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, maybe we will use it more next time! Lots of beach chairs.

Family getaway

Ideal location in Duck, NC. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and an easy walk to the boardwalk on the Sound. The house has an excellent floorpan and is clean and comfy. The pool and surrounding pool area are a great place to gather after a day at the beach. We loved it here. Thank you !!

OBX At It’s Best

100% best location ever for budget conscious family! Very clean and well maintained. Great amenities! An additional bathroom would have been ideal and consideration should be given to replacing queen mattress in second floor bedroom. Would definitely recommend and return!

Reunion

College friends for 40+years coming from NY & MA, never been to OBX, this location certainly was the best for a first time. Walk to everything, food, beach, shopping, pool & hot rob added to a couple of relaxing days. House provides plenty of places to chill alone or gather together. Kitchen was great areas to eat indoors and out, perfect

Perfect location

The walk to the beach was easy. Hot tub and pool were perfect! Only thing not ideal, but bring beach towels, otherwise 1 per person and 1 kitchen towel (we bought extra paper towels and was fine). House had lots of room to spread out, and lots of good eating places near by in Duck. Great trip.

Clean and family friendly

We had 10 family members staying (ages 1 - 75) and the house accommodated all us very well. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location (beach, town). We appreciated the beach chairs, kitchen tools, and board games that were available for us during our stay. We were all very happy during our week in Duck! Thank you.

Wonderful property!

The house is fantastic in every way. The location is very close to the beach making the trips back forth easy. The chairs and carts were really helpful too. The pool and hot tub are immaculate and were cleaned several times during the week. The home is very modern and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and can’t wait to go back.

Loved this house

Thank you for letting us spend our family vacation in this house. The house had everything we needed-beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys along with spectacular views and a fully equipped kitchen. This house is a prime location if you’re toting around little ones or can only walk local distances. There are a wide variety of shops within walking distance. Looking forward to booking this home for another family vacation soon.
