We are excited to once again offer the recently renovated Painted Cliff #12!

Nestle in after a day on the mountain in this cozy, ski-in / ski-out mountain side get away. This two bedroom townhome offers convenient access to the Blackcomb Mountain Wizard Chair. It is just steps from front door to Merlins Run (just walk to end of Painted Cliff complex).
The spacious one-level, high-ceiling unit sleeps 4 very comfortably. The Master bedroom has one queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a twin bunk above them.

The living area has an open floor plan with a large picture window showcasing lovely views towards the valley. Additional niceties include a stone fireplace, complimentary high-speed wireless internet, an outdoor BBQ, a large deck, high-end stainless appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom and kitchen floors, secured designated underground parking spot, additional underground guest parking is available, bike storage room, ample closet space and the added convenience of an in-suite laundry room. Guests can enjoy a community hot tub located only short walk from the unit.

The unit entry of #12 Painted Cliff has a small area for ski and snowboard storage. Bikes and sleds can be stored in the designated area in the underground parking garage.
Access to Whistler Village is a short ride down the mountain by free shuttle bus. The bus stop is very conveniently located across the street from the Painted Cliff complex.

This was a lovely property and highly recommended. Nice 2 bedroom with all the amenities. First time to Whistler / Blackcomb, came with my adult daughter. The unit was very clean and stocked w amenities. Marc was very responsive and answered all questions. The beds were comfortable and the living area was great. Heated kitchen floors were a bonus! There is available indoor (!) parking with access down a stairwell that is quite close and convenient. I also wanted to give a quick overview of the skiing access as this was our first time and we found it to be perfect:Convenient ski-in / ski-out onto Lower Merlin, essentially at Blackcomb base camp. At the base are 1) Blackcomb Gondola which goes up to Blackcomb mid-mountain an and further to the peak, and 2) Magic Chair (slow beginner lift). Magic Chair takes you a little higher than condo level and offers immediate access to Excalibur Gondola’s second station (you can then ride this down to Whistler base or further up to Blackcomb). Also via Magic Chair, you can ski via some flatness to Village Run to then ski to Whistler base. At day’s end, if you choose Apres Ski at Whistler base or Blackcomb base, Gondolas / lifts keep running late to allow you easy access back home. The location was perfect. For rentals, 3 easy choices at the Blackcomb base include Spicy’s (we used them), Whistler/Blackcomb rentals (many branches) and Blacktie. You can also rent from Whistler Village with access as described. Overall A.

Second time staying at Painted Cliff. Perfect setup. Walk 100 yds to ski. Close to bus stop (free shuttle). Loved it.

Our time here was great, the hot tub was great to relax in after a day of skiing. We did have an issue with the check in process because the lobby to check in was closed after midnight.

Great ski holiday on Blackcomb benchlands

This is our second time staying at this property (2 adults, 2 teens). It is exactly per the photos and description. Very cozy, clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Incredible location steps away from the slopes. Communication with the owner was terrific. Already looking forward to the next time!

Cozy rental

Everything about this rental is amazing. The checkin process was easy ( complete the online checkin if possible). The apartment looks exactly like they have featured. We stayed here for 4 nights in March and the living accommodations are just as they have listed. The heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were an added plus. Shuttle 5 is a 1 minute walk and it takes you blackcomb and Whistler. An 1 minute walk up the road will put you on the slopes at blackcomb mountain about 3-5 minutes from the base.

Wonderful condo especially for families

We loved this place—a perfect ski in/out for our family of four. Marc, the owner, was very responsive. The home had everything we needed for an enjoyable week (and we’ve stayed at other ski condos on the east coast). If/when we come back to Whistler again, we will definitely stay here. Thanks for the wonderful trip!!

Wonderful Home Would Highly Recommend

We just finished a great stay at this wonderful home. There is lots to love here. The parking garage was super nice to keep our vehicle indoors, and is just a short walk and two flights of steps away from the front door. The hot tub was very nice and a very short walk away. Ski-in, ski-out was great, also just a very short walk away. The location of this unit is really fantastic. Inside everything was very warm and welcoming. We loved the heated floor in the kitchen. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms fairly modern. The kitchen was very well stocked, with all the cooking utensils we needed (moreso than most places we have stayed). The heating worked well, and really we enjoyed everything about this unit. We'd definitely look to stay here again and strongly recommend it!

Wonderful Blackcomb Condo

Perfect condo on the side of Blackcomb. The condo was a great fit for our family of four. It was very clean and comfortable. We were able to ski in and ski out, which made the ski day so much easier (especially with two kids). Highly recommend.

Great location and very nice accommodation

The unit was wonderful. The communication with the property owner was excellent. The location was amazing. The check in process with the property management company was frankly slow and cumbersome when frankly they could have provided the access information electronically. Apart from that, everything about the stay was great.

Great spot!

We had a 5 night stay to ski in January and had a great time. Just a short walk through the drive to the hill and gondola. The unit was well kept and the kitchen had everything we needed to eat part of our meals in. To go out, the shuttle stop was steps from the door and ran frequently so you could apres ski, eat out and shop. The underground parking spot was great for keeping the car out of the snow. Definitely recommend!

Perfect set up for our family.

They have every possible amenity at the unit. Boot and glove dryers, cooking supplies. I was very pleased that it was not a stripped down VRBO that doesn’t have anything outside the basics. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time! Location is ideal, the condo is updated and clean. It is also very well stocked - games, cooking supplies, band aids, tools for fixing your ski gear, speakers for music. we came for a 3 day spring ski get away it was perfect!

Great accommodations for a family ski vacation! Right on slope for convenient ski in ski out! Short walk to village with shops and restaurants. Kitchen was updated with new appliances and made for on demand eating. Washer dryer was a great bonus! Would come back again!
