I would address your comments about the kitchen, sauna , pricing etc . yes unfortunately this house comes with a very small kitchen which is noticeable on the pictures. I spent weeks in that house this winter with 10 of us and we had a great time. one point I even said I love this small galley kitchen because I have to clean less 😅. But I understand that you felt differently about it. The sauna does work fine but it takes about 30mins to warm up . l Il will make sure in the future that our guests know about that, thank you! we had no water pressure issue thus far but it is pretty common that you have to run the water for a minute before it reaches the hot temperature , especially in cold regions like Vermont. Sorry for reaching out several times but i wanted to make sure you are all set with turning on the livingroom television. I ll make sure that we provide a written manual to our upcoming guests and do not just rely on the vrbo online instructions . Lastly , Price and value . we purchased our homes in Vermont because we were fed up with the ugly hotel rooms and dated rentals that we got in high winter season for very high rate . I know that the house isn’t perfect that is why will be doing a full remodel this spring , but i tried to make sure it has all the little touches to make it feel cozy , loving and welcoming. I am sad to hear that this did not come across in your case , but I am thrilled that other guests enjoyed it. I truly value your feedback and I will make sure that I work harder to better the experience for our future guests .
