A lovely upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mountain home located 5 minutes from downtown Ludlow and Okemo Mountain Resort. Home features stainless steel appliances, a gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, 2 decks, private hot tub, working fireplace, 2 family rooms with flat screen TV's, wifi, and lots of natural sunlight. Home is nestled on a quiet road above town with direct access to hiking and snowmobile trails. Our home is perfect for summer and winter getaways, we also leave bikes, corn hole, board games, movies, lake toys, snow shoes, games, and movies for our guests to enjoy. There is also a an expansive deck which includes an eating area and then down a few stairs is the outdoor sectional and solo fire pit which then leads to the private hot tub.

The house was nice, clean and as described. The ourdoor patio is amazing and so was the front porch off of the living room. We were there visiting family and the kitchen had plenty of room to cook a meal and enjoy time with them over a meal. Having a second living room was also super nice when our son wanted to watch YouTube. He also loved the large tubs. The hot tub was a perfect place to wind down and stare at the stars. We loved it.

Friend-cation

The propert was perfect for our group of 5. Close enough to town if we needed anything but off the beaten path enough for privacy. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. The house was clean and cozy!

Terrible Host, Snowed-In Nightmare – Wouldn't Recommend!

We stayed here for a ski vacation, and while the house was fine and the location was great, the host made the experience unbearable. Upon arrival, we found 5 feet of snow blocking the front door (not an exaggeration), and the entire driveway was covered in a foot of snow, which ended up getting our car stuck. We had to manually push it out. When we called the host, she was rude and unhelpful, yelling at us and accusing us of lying. After we sent proof, she reluctantly agreed to send someone to plow, but continued to blame our inability to get into the house and park in the driveway on "Mother Nature" and refused to apologize.The snow had clearly been there for days and was frozen, showing it hadn’t been cleared as claimed. Instead of offering help, the host tried to kick us out late at night with no other place to go. We ended up shoveling ourselves for an hour to get inside, and the hot tub, a big reason for booking, was inaccessible due to the snow.Eventually, a plow came, but the host’s unprofessional, disrespectful behavior was inexcusable in addition to her utter lack of property management. She never apologized for the inconveniences we faced, and her lack of empathy made this stay miserable. Furthermore, the house’s heaters were poorly placed, leaving the bedrooms cold and without access to the heat. We won’t return and wouldn’t recommend this property.

Great stay, great host

Overall, very nice stay. We had a great weekend with a ton of snow, perfect for skiing. I was worried about plowing the roads up the mountain but roads stayed clear. Host was available and extremely communicative. Perfect for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. A bit tight if you are 8.

Wonderful getaway

Wonderful weekend with the family. The house was great and clean. We had everything we needed and conveniently located to town and the mountain. Family had so much fun and Julie was a gracious host.

Visiting with Grandson and his family.

The house was perfect for our long week-end with family. Check-In was extremely easy and our arrival was welcoming. The home had everything we needed to enjoy indoor and outdoor activities and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the property manager was very prompt and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at this home and would recommend it anyone looking for a vacation rental.

Vermont getaway

Place was exactly as advertised. Host was quick to reply and a great communicator. Everything was really clean and the beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large square center island in the kitchen was a great gathering place. Would come again.

The house is set on an acre of land, mostly grass, and sits above town on South Hill. The neighborhood is quiet, and what I like best about the location is you feel remote, and only 5 minutes from downtown Ludlow and the ski lifts! The house house has a private backyard, with year round working hot tub, fire pit and a lovely extend deck for outdoor time.

I feel what makes our property unique is the setting, meticulous condition of the interior of the home and amenities. I also have taken the time to leave a detailed welcome book of the area, provide a well stocked kitchen, you can the olive oil and spices home, I have got you covered. This truly is a home away from home with relaxing our main goal.
