This is a nicely furnished basement apartment that has enough amenities to make your short stay enjoyable. There are two Roku Smart TVs and a cozy electric fireplace to snuggle in. Your sleeping accommodation will be a king-size bed and the living room is equipped with a mid-size fridge and microwave. Thank you for checking out our property.

Great Stay!
The property was very convenient for my extended stay in Rapid City. It is a basement room but there was no noise from above. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything that I needed. Parking is great! It's off the street right by the house.

Not Happy With This Property
This property was clean and the property manager was very responsive. The property was hard to get into and located on a busy street. It is a downstairs apartment and we could hear the upstairs tenants. The key pad on the property door wasn't working. So we didn't feel that our belongings were safe. The price that we paid was not worth it. Warm showers and an awkward bathroom. We would not recommend this place to future guests.

Directions and communication with the manager were very clear. It was nice and clean and worked perfect for our quick, one nite stay in Rapid City.

Great location to stay at if you’re looking to be near a lot of attractions, trails, and city life still. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and was great at responding and helping us out with an item we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend staying with here!

BEWARE
Host was condescending, insensitive, & rude. In addition she commented about our state as having a high crime rate. I’m still scratching my head regarding that comment! I have never experienced this kind of behavior before. Being a host of a vacation rental myself I’m lost for words!
