Une jolie cabane en rondins située sur le lac Rangeley, à deux pas de l’eau, avec canot / kayak, baignade et pêche. Table de pique-nique et grill au bord de l'eau. Chambre a un lit queen et simple. Idéal pour un couple ou une famille avec un enfant. Près de toutes les commodités en ville avec terrain de golf juste en haut de la colline près du Country Club Lodge. La ville compte une douzaine de restaurants, une salle de cinéma, des boutiques de cadeaux et de glaces, une superbe bibliothèque, un parc municipal, un musée historique et un IGA bien approvisionné.

The cabin was cosy and charming. We loved sitting on the enclosed porch and watching the lake. Our host David was helpful but not intrusive.

David was a great host! Everything was great! The location, the cabin, the view!!! The porch was great for windy evenings as we could still enjoy the lake and loons. We took our frenchies down to the Bonney Point Loop trail, which was 1.5 miles, at half way we were on the lake, so the pups could swim!!

Beautiful getaway

We had a wonderful time here. The cabin is so close to the lake, and it's really nice to sit and listen to the sound of the waves - and, at night, the sound of the loons. The cabin is well-kept and cozy, and David was a great host. We'd love to come back!

Our second year at this cabin and it was lovely. The sounds of the loons and ducks and deer everywhere! New kitchen and bathroom was a great surprise. It’s our favorite spot to total relaxation. The host David is great and is easy to contact. Rangeley Lake is a special place.

Cozy Cottage on the Lake

Perfect cozy, clean cabin right on Rangeley Lake. The cabin was clean and very quaint with beautiful views of the lake!! David is a wonderful host and is very attentive with all communications!! It was a great, romantic long weekend stay for my husband and I and we would definitely stay here again!!

Peaceful Retreat

My husband and I stayed here for a week and had the most peaceful, relaxing stay. The cabin was perfectly sized for the two of us. It’s so close to the lake and the use of the kayaks was amazing. David and his wife were so kind and lovely to talk to. They were welcoming and accommodating but also allowed for plenty of privacy so it felt like our special time at the lake! Would definitely come back.

Nature at it's best!

This cabin sits about 15 feet from the lake. From the porch we saw cedar waxwings, a pileated woodpecker, loons, geese and a mink.

Last minute getaway

We were supposed to camp for five nights but raw weather was in the forecast so we changed plans and booked this cabin at the last minute. When we arrived there was a pile of watercraft at the shore in front of the cabin. The lake was calm so we hopped in a kayak.Also used a paddle board and canoe during our stay. The cabin was perfect for two people, very relaxing, and Rangeley is a great area!

while staying here a young female moose came down the hill, bathed in the lake, and walked off. It was incredible.The cabin has instant hot water, canoes and docks, and delightful neighbors. The hosts were accomadating, professional, and delightful to be around. I plan to come back and rent multiple places in this spot with my family in the future.I stayed end of May and it snowed one day the was mid 60s the next and I could swim. The weather was beautiful. The view from the cabin is unmatched for the price.The grill was on a slope but worked great. The kitchen was top notch with copper pans and instant hot water.As a a guy thats almost 400lbs I fit and was comfortable with my girlfriend. It isnt spacious enough for more than 3 in a family or very close friends. The sloping shore was a bit steep for us, hopefully it is leveled out a bit in the future some time, but we loved every second here even if our ankles are mad about it.I highly recommend this place to couples looking to camp but not rough it in a tent, people looking to kayak and fish, or people looking to just chill out all day and night staring at a most beautiful scennic view.

We had a wonderful week at the loon lodge. David was a friendly host and gave clear directions and instructions for finding the place/ensuring a smooth stay. Cabin well stocked for offline and online entertainment. Cabin was very clean and all around very welcoming. Wildlife highlight was seeing a common merganser with 10 ducklings from the porch. enjoyed many short hikes and scenic drives in the surrounding area. would love to return.

This little cabin on Rangeley Lake was exactly what we were hoping for and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.One of our favorite parts of the stay was using the kayaks. Being able to get out on the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery was such a treat and made our trip extra special. We spent our mornings drinking coffee by the water and our days exploring the lake. It was the perfect getaway.The owner was wonderful to work with and always quick to respond to any questions. Great communication made the entire experience easy and stress-free.We're already talking about when we can come back! This cabin is a gem.

Wonderful location

There is so much to do in the area, trails, fishing, hunting, etc. People are friendly. This is a rustic cabin right on the lake. Water is supplied from the lake and so water has to be brought in from a flowing well, or purchased. The lake is just a few steps from the front door. There is a canoe, kayak and paddle board for use, a dock, picnic tables, fire pit. The shower was great. Cleanliness is not the strong suit. It’s a rustic cabin not a motel room. I would stay again.

The cabin is small but has everything you need. The 3 season porch is comfortable. We had a fire each night, so the free firewood was appreciated. The view of the lake is beautiful. The beds could stand an upgrade, but otherwise everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

So much better than camping...

My husband and I were looking for a quiet camping get away. This cabin was more than we hoped for. It was well stocked, very clean, and comfortable. The lake was beautiful and the area was filled with trails to hike. We will definitely want to return here.

Right on the lake.

How nice it was to sit on the porch and hear the loons. It was great to sit on the beach and read and relax. Oquoosoc and the town of Rangeley had some great dining choices and don't miss a trip up Quill hill. Very quiet.

Quiet and relaxing but close to town.

We enjoyed having the windows cracked at night and hearing the water lapping at the shore and loons. Right on the water and convenient to many activities. Comfortable cabin with all the basic amenities.

Beautiful setting!

Small camp on hillside looking over the lake. Quiet area in a wildlife sanctuary with lots of deer! Walked the dog in large neighborhood. Also found a nature walk in the area,. There were many walking and hiking trails within driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay. Used the kayak 2 calm mornings, nice porch to view the lake. Negatives - spiderwebs and dirty windows ( I washed inside but couldn't reach outside ☹️) Town close by with shops and restaurants.(many closed at this time due to staffing issues)

Perfect getaway

My wife, dog, and I loved every moment of our getaway at the cozy little Loon cabin. The cabin and property were just as described. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and everything was so clean and tidy. Communication with the owner was great and his much needed directions were spot on. We spent most of our time at the pebble beach enjoying the beautiful scenery. The front porch is perfect for playing games, having a cup of coffee and enjoying the scenic view of the lake. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and hope to return next year!
