2943 Atrium

This is a beautiful first floor dog friendly Atrium villa conveniently located next to the Seabrook Island Club. This Atrium is just steps from the oceanfront pools, beach access, restaurants, golf, and more. With two large bedrooms, each with its own full bath, this is a great villa for a family or two couples looking for a wonderful Seabrook getaway.

The kitchen is fully stocked! There is a dinette that accommodates 6 separating the kitchen and living room. The living room has fabulous decor and furniture. It has a flat screen Smart TV. Walk through the sliders to a large private balcony with views toward the golf course, ocean, and Island House. Dine al fresco at the table that comfortably seats 6, or relax in the comfortable rocking sofas while you read your favorite book. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and adjoining full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a two queen size beds with adjoining full bathroom with a separate sink area. There is a stackable washer/dryer tucked into the master bath for your use. All living & sleeping areas have ceiling fans to enhance those great ocean breezes. There is a 55" wall mounted television in the great room for your enjoyment. It is fully furnished with linens, towels (we do ask you to bring your own beach towels), books, WiFi, cable TV, and more.

Atrium Villas are across the street from the oceanfront swimming pools and Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant and bar. The Island House restaurants, bar, and golf shop is next door also. The Tennis and Equestrian Centers and Lake House are a short ride away.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).

The best location on Seabrook!

My husband & two young children stayed in June 2025 for a week. This was our 5th time at Seabrook & 5th time staying in Atrium Villas. We’ve stayed in this specific unit multiple times. It’s close to the parking lot, great patio, across the street from the beach & main pool, next to the golf clubhouse. Seabrook is always clean, feels safe, the beaches aren’t crowded. In this first level condo, you can hear the people above you walking around, just something to be aware of. The kitchen & baths have the necessities, but could use upgrades with the toaster, a removable shower head, more dishes, new dishwasher, etc. The hosts were very attentive & helpful.

The best location on Seabrook

Our stay was great! This was our 4th time to Seabrook (all stays have been at Atrium Villa), first time staying in this specific condo at Atrium Villa. You can’t get a better location, in my opinion. You are right across the street from beach access, the main pool, Pelican’s Nest (restaurant) & beside the beautiful golf clubhouse. This unit could use some updates in the kitchen, but we’re a family with two little kids so we may eat more in the condo than others. Neither bathroom has a removable shower head which also comes in handy with kids & being at the beach. You can hear the footsteps from the unit above you, but not much else. We love that the first floor units have a shaded porch & less sunlight access (again, for small kids trying to sleep). The hosts were wonderful & gave us clear, detailed information. Our family already can’t wait for our next trip!

Beautiful location with some drawbacks

We loved this very private island and beautiful area. The villas are wonderfully located right in the heart of everything. We were a little surprised to find the closest boardwalk was only accessible during low tide since high tide came halfway up the stairs, so we did have to drive the next boardwalk to use the beach. The pool area was nice, though only accessible if you got an amenity card and purchased daily towels. The only things that were not great were the public stairs right by the bedrooms so people could look straight into the rooms when the curtains were opened. And also made sleeping at night more difficult with the hallway lights glaring into both rooms, despite the blackout curtains. Breeze from the sliding doors blew the curtains open, so blocking out the light wasn't possible. The insulation from the upstairs neighbors was shockingly poor. We've lived in lower apartments and never heard that level of noise. We were unable to sleep the two nights guests were upstairs from them walking around until 3am. I hate to leave a poor review, because overall, it was a wonderful location and clean, nice home. But the inability to walk to the beach, the sleeping issues and the cost associated with staying at Seabrook in particular were enough to deter us from coming back and I really depend on these reviews to know where to invest for a trip like this. It sadly felt overpriced for what we got.

Overall wonderful stay

Lovely condo, enjoyed sitting on balcony people watching with a distant ocean view. Location directly across from the pool, coffee shop and restaurant was extremely convenient. Got to see the dolphins “stranding” which was amazing. Food and drinks were a bit pricey when all the resort fees/taxes were added in. Dog friendly, with lots of walking options for the dogs.

Another great stay in Seabrook

Atrium villla is in a great location near the club and beach. This condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Great balcony with lots of seating that made the sunsets even more enjoyable.

Great "Do Nothing" Get-Away

This is a wonderful place to get away and do nothing except relax and enjoy the beach. Though Charleston is nearby, we rarely left the island. The property is across the street from the ocean with access within an easy walk. We went during off-season over the US Thanksgiving holiday in late November. It was quiet and very relaxing. Exactly what we were looking for. The dogs had a good time as well since they can frolic on the beach off-lead that time of year.

We had a fantastic stay at Atrium Villas! We had multiple properties within walking distance to each other and the venue. It was the perfect condo for us! Enjoyed our breakfast on the beautiful porch each morning. Everything was spotless and well equipped. The decor was super cute too! Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

This was a nice condo for our family and dog. Great patio. Walking distance to golf, beach and pool. Would recommend highly. Nicely appointed could use updating in kitchen and bath but nice enough. Washer and dryer in good condition.

Nicely decorated

Condo was nicely updated and decorated, kitchen had the appropriate items for cooking, porch was really big with nice outdoor furniture. The noise from the unit above (heavy walking / pounding all evening, dropping things, dragging items along the floor) was relentless. Floor was really dirty and there were wet towels in the washer, otherwise clean and comfy.
