The facility was excellent, clean, roomy, and our son loved playing in the hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed and having the washer and dryer comes in handy anytime on a trip.

The Yurt

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Yurt was absolutely fantastic. As we approached, I started to worry that the photos might have been creatively framed to make it appear larger than it really was—but it turned out to be exactly as pictured, which was amazing!Of course, no stay is perfect, and we encountered a few minor issues worth noting:- Hot Tub – There was a large piece of plastic left inside. When we reported it, we were told it was from a recently changed filter. However, no one offered to come and remove it or check the setup and the floating device had brown stains.- Keurig Machine – The previous guest’s pod was still in the machine, and it needed descaling. To their credit, they did offer to bring a replacement, which was a surprise since there was no offer to sort the hot tub.- Noise – We experienced some construction noise, which we were told was from nearby work at Dollywood. Driving up to the Yurt, you’ll see a digger and may encounter large vehicles associated with the site, which I do not believe to be dollywood. Being close to Dollywood also means you’ll hear the train twice an hour—which is much better than the ongoing digging.

We loved the Yurt and have already shared info with our friends! The decor was so nice, bed was very comfortable. The Yurt was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful! We loved seeing the leaves that were changing colors. We were able to use the hot tub and it was so relaxing after a long day of touring the national park and taking in the Lumberjack Feud! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting the area.

We love the yurts!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time staying in one of the yurts here. We absolutely love them. They are so cool and surprisingly spacious. We’ve never had any issues with cleanliness. We also appreciate how cozy it is and LOVE how close it is to Dollywood. The only downside of the yellow yurt is that it is right behind the larger cabin, so if folks are out on the porch, it’s easy to hear everything in the yurt - so I suggest staying in one of the other options if possible. But otherwise, we will continue to come back!

The yurt is exactly as shown in the listing. It was spotless and cute as can be! We enjoyed our time there. If you are checking in when it is dark it is a bit of a challenge to find, that is the only reason for 4 stars regarding check in. We would have loved to be able to open the windows but they didn't have screens. This is the only tiny disappointment of our stay. The hot tub was easy to use and sparking clean as was the rest of the place. I had a couple of questions that were responded to in minutes, the host was friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to a friend.

This yurt was so neat, new, and clean. You were away from everything and in the woods but 10 mins from everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Loved that about it. It is right next to Dollywood and you can hear all the screaming from rides and the Dollywood train all day. You can also hear everyone around you in the other yurts and the cabin. They are all close together and are not sound proof at all. This did not bother us enough to not stay again as we were gone doing things most of the day anyway. We will definitely stay again. Have already recommended to friends, coworkers, and family.

The yurt was nice and clean. Nice hot tub on the deck. Good communication with the owners. It was easy to locate with the directions provided by the owner. It is close to Dollywood; so you will hear the train and the people screaming on the roller coasters.

Great experience! Unique rental in a great location. Far enough away from the main road to be peaceful, but we were at Dollywood in just a few minutes. The yurt was clean and had useful amenities.

Yurt Life

Our stay was amazing! It was perfect for our family of three. Our son took over the loft and and enjoyed stargazing at night. It was in a great location! We were able to get everywhere Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg in under 15 minutes. I gave the location 4 stars because you are so close to Dollywood you hear the screams from the rides. You did, however, get to see (and hear) the fireworks every night from Dollywood. We would definitely stay in the yurt again!

Beautiful and peaceful

These yurts are so beautiful and cozy, such a unique get away experience. The dolly wood train can be heard occasionally throughout the day, but when inside you can't really hear anything. Overall it was a prefect vacation
