Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The first level boasts a fully equipped game room with a gorgeous pool table, TV, children's toys, books, and even a mini-fridge. The second floor is the heart of the home, where a well-stocked kitchen with modern appliances and cooking essentials makes meal prep a breeze. Two separate dining areas on either side of the kitchen offer flexibility, while an additional outdoor dining space on the balcony invites you to enjoy meals with a view. Afterward, gather around the cozy gas fireplace for some quality time or unwind with a favorite show.

The top level features a quiet nook with a desk, perfect for reading, remote work, or quiet study. Throughout the home, you'll find wonderful amenities that enhance your stay—from comfortable furnishings and thoughtful design to ample entertainment options. Located just over a mile from Lake Arrowhead and close to Lake Arrowhead Village, you'll have easy access to year-round outdoor activities like sailing, mountain biking, sledding, and skiing. Enjoy seasonal events like the Lake Arrowhead Concert Series or Oktoberfest, or take a scenic drive to Big Bear, San Bernardino, or even Los Angeles. No matter the season, The House of Light and Sky offers a peaceful mountain escape with everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
