Not up to standard, needs major remodeling and cleaning

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Hotel/condo is older, but shared to be warm and inviting, lobby area was clean and has signs for covid protocols, hand sanitizer stations, etc. upon arrival reception staff are greeting guest with a smile, were helpful throughout the stay. After checking in I immediately headed to room 808, upon entering I immediately noticed the room was extremely small, the measures were clearly stated but the room size nonetheless was disappointing for 4 adults. Upon looking around I noticed that the lamp in the corner was broken and leaning up against the wall, the carpet was stained, the tile floors were dirty, the dirt was evidenced because the tile was light, the shower floor was dirty, the couch was worn down, the mattresses in the beds were worn down and needed to be replaced, no basics were offered, liquid soap, paper towels, etc. my guest and I were only there for 4 days, we had no ability to be moved around to another hotel, we reluctantly informed the host after inquiring how are stay was and I shared my displeasure and was advised that the unit would be remodeled, that did not help us. I took lots of photos and would love to post them but I do not see where I could upload them to this site.
