Enjoy a Diamond Head view from the private lanai of this one-bedroom apartment located only one block from world-famous Waikiki beach. This unit features an open concept living, dining, and full kitchen space, as well as an AC, two ceiling fans, complimentary WIFI/cable, and 1 reserved parking stall included with the rental. Tucked way, just off of the main strip in Waikiki on Kalakaua Ave, this unit offers not only privacy and relaxation, but also easy access to the best Waikiki has to offer.
This one-bedroom unit features a private lanai, king size bed (sleeps 2), trundle bed sofa (sleeps 2), full kitchen, and full bath.
*IMPORTANT TO NOTE: this unit is on the 4th floor, WALK-UP ONLY. No elevators available.*
KITCHEN/DINING
Full kitchen with full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cups, cutlery, and basic cookware. Dining area include small high-top table and 2 bar chairs.
LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
Features a trundle bed sofa (2 twin mattresses, sleeps 1 each, 2 total), coffee table, two reading lamps, window AC unit, ceiling fan/light, and flatscreen smart tv (mounted above fridge).
BED/BATH
Bedroom is separated from living area by drawing curtain, includes a king size bed (sleeps 2), dresser, bedside table, lamp, and closet.
Full bathroom includes single sink vanity, toilet, and shower.
OUTDOOR AREA
Features a private covered lanai with a Diamond Head view and outdoor table and 2 chairs.

The location of this unit is right on Kuhio Ave., this property is a 3 minute walk (2 blocks) to Waikiki Beach where the famous Duke Statue stands, with waves perfect for beginners to learn surfing, outrigger canoe rides and catamaran sailing rides. The Kuhio beach is located right next to Waikiki Beach and offers a protected swimming area ideal for families with young children.
A few blocks from the unit, enjoy world class beach front shopping on Kalakaua Ave and the International Marketplace, enjoy a bite to eat at nearby famous Dukes Restaurant, Mai Tai Bar at the Royal Hawaiian, Marukame Udon or the rotating restaurant Sky Bar. Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Aquarium are within walking distance. Take a short drive/bus ride south to Hanauma Bay for snorkeling, Diamond Head or north Ala Moana Center for shopping.
